Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Maltepe

Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. The neighborhood is friendly, with various places to eat and small local businesses to buy from. Thank you, it was nice staying

There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

It was a very nice stay. It was as it appeared in the photos and clean. There was noise because there was construction work outside. Other than that, there was no problem.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ellis. Giorgio and Zafer were both very responsive before and during our stay. They provided us with thorough instructions for our stay and arranged airport transfers both to and from the airport. The Ellis had everything we needed for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with necessary dishes. We appreciated having use of the clothes washer and dryer. The welcome book contained instructions for everything in the house. Highly recommend!

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

Great location to see Istanbul and amazing view from the place. The neighborhood is charming and a close walk to popular spots like Taksim Square and a bunch of great restaurants/locations in Cihangir and Karaköy...just be ready for some uphill walking. Right by a train line to take to historic sites in Fatih or to a nearby stop where you can ferry across to the Asian side. Lots of awesome cats to befriend nearby too. You'll have to trek up some stairs (about 64 steps) which was okay for us. The AC worked well and the wifi was decent. The shower was pretty tight on space and could be difficult for taller folks but the hot water was reliable and it gets HOT. It would've been nice to have some extra amenities provided like paper towel, laundry detergent, add'l toilet paper, etc. but there are shops nearby. Bed was comfy, pillows were okay. Hasan was friendly and very responsive. He helped arrange transportation to and from the airport which was much appreciated.

Very lovely apartment. Very spacious. Loved the location. Great little shop nearby. Main attractions are within easy reach. Excellent shower which is always appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Nice location, nice view and cute interior. The place is a lot more spacious than what I expected. A very comfortable stay in general.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Gamze for her interest and concern. :) Whatever question we asked, he patiently responded in a very short. We loved the villa with our friends, we could only enjoy a birthday celebration this much. :) The villa is exactly as seen in the photos, it has a wonderful and peaceful view, the landscape is very beautiful, the pool is clean. The amenities in the house, especially the kitchen, were very useful. It's in a location where you can order food remotely. ^^ I definitely recommend it for large groups of friends, and our friends have already stated that they will rent this place for their other events. :)

What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x
