Everything was very nice. Great location in the center of the city. Suitable for families. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great time! The house is suitable for children and dogs. Our dog loved the garden! Living area looks like small in the pictures but it was more than enough for 4 people. We did not have any problem with heating stystem and hot water. Communication with the host was very easy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay very much!

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

It was truly impressive to book an apartment with Mohsum. Despite a conflict in the booking, his exceptional handling and flexibility were greatly appreciated. The altrnative given apartment or villa to me was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and situated in a peaceful area with a perfect location. Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Very big and cozy space with all the amenities needed and a nice living room to chill and relax

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The place was comfortable, exactly as described. Communication was prompt and clear, making everything so easy and stress-free. The location was fantastic — very close to major tourist attractions, which made exploring super convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.
