Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Maltepe

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Had a very nice stay, felt at home. The place is the same as in the pictures and the house has all the amenities. The location of the place was very central and I was able to easily get around. Mr. Hakan was extremely friendly and constantly tried to help with my needs. One of the places I would consider staying again.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host gave the necessary instructions before check-in and we were able to check in quickly. It was also important for security and for having an indoor parking lot. The byways were bad only because there were new constructions around it. Although we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But it can be easily reached by direct connection from the highway. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard when the windows and balcony doors are open, otherwise, when the windows are closed, there is no sound in the house. We were pleased. We thank the host.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

It is a great advantage to be in the site, close to the bus stop. Soğanlık metro is also a maximum 10-minute walk. A spacious, warm home environment where you can feel at home. You can always easily contact Mr. Onur, he is a very kind and caring person. A place I'd choose again for my next stay.

Good place to stay and visit istanbul

We stayed about a week and home owner was super nice. They met us in the late night and showed apartment. Everything we needed was in there. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were super clean. We had a great time and very thankful for them!

It was a great and comfortable stay! The apartment is new, clean and very warm and is located in a safe building. Quiet neighborhood in Kartal with supermarkets and places to eat nearby. A large smart TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are a plus. The bathroom is complete with everything you need. Thanks to the host Onur who was always very responsive and helpful. - Small things to improve: The refrigerator makes too much noise from time to time. Some kitchen equipment to renovate. The sheets are a little hard. The living room window has to be fixed because it did not close well but still the heating system is very good.

The lack of an elevator in the building can be a little challenging. Other than that, we didn't encounter any problems. It was a very nice stay for us.
