Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Maltepe

Wonderful host, would for sure stay here again. Absolutely accommodating, even helped me with my transportation during my flight day which would not have been possible without him. There are also small markets near by for snacks with reasonable prices so you’re not overpaying.

I highly recommend to stay at Hale's place. Very safe area. We had a wonderful night. We wished we had more time to stay. Hale is very informative and welcoming. The location is in a serene area. You can ride the bus to the center or enjoy a 30 minutes walk. We loved the cats around.

We were so pleased to have chosen Marmara Guest House. It was exactly as advertised, so well located, and affordable. The top floor terrace and breakfast and on-site staff were very helpful. Would rewcommend it to anyone easily. Thanks.

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !

What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

Everything was excellent! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The dining area had a lovely view, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. The pin in the google map was not that precise and we had to ask around, but it's ok.

The bed was very comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop breakfast with fabulous views every morning and stunning sunrise from there as well. Cozy and cute street and friendly helpful staff. Mr. Irfan was very supportive about the check-in time, he was very helpful and kind. She responded to messages quickly. We did not need to worry about cleanliness in any way. The bed and bathroom were incredibly clean. We loved that there was a mini-fridge inside. We were able to log in with the password without contacting anyone with the smart lock. There was water, kettle, towels and slippers. The location is right at the entrance of Akaretok. Very close to all transportation. 10 minutes by walking to the ferry. We were very pleased. Really good in F/p. Would recommend.

This is the perfect place for sight seeing in the centre of Istanbul walkable to the main sights. The hotel is clean and room exactly as described. The private bathroom is just across the corridor with a good shower. The breakfasts were excellent! The owners were very friendly and helpful. This is a ‘no frills’ hotel, exactly what we wanted and very good value

The main highlight of the accommodation is its location for sightseeing, near the metro, in addition to the room cleaning that is carried out daily. On the other hand, the area is busy and a bit noisy.

Mr. Irfan is a friendly person, we are very pleased. Our room was warm, clean and comfortable. My wife and I had a comfortable 2 nights. Her place is in a very nice location in Akaretler. If we ever get in the way again, this will be the place to go again. 🌿

I really loved this place and it will now be my go to location for central Istanbul. Incredible value given where it is: right at the centre of best part of the city, with beautiful views of the Blue Mosque and surrounding area, yet far enough away from the main road to be peaceful. The staff were also really proactive and helpful with everything I needed. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was gine, the host was so kind and gracious. The building is old but clean.

Responsive, friendly and polite host. Helped me check in and explained how to get to the airport. The room is clean and tidy with a balcony. Treated us to breakfast in the morning! I liked everything for this price!
