Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Madeira Island

Fantastic location and views - delightful to wake up in and open the doors onto your deck. Very peaceful but easy to drive to Calheta and the rest of the island.

We were very satisfied with our glamping pod. View and garden beautiful. All as described and great communication. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Unfortunately, you were always dependent on the car, which was not bad for a short stay. Highly recommended for a few days of relaxation!

really nice peaceful place in the mountains. the decor in the room is a little dated but everything worked and was clean. Anna is a fantastic host with a lot of great recommendations of what to do. also the restaurant across the road serves delicious food at a reasonable price. It's nice to have it so close to spend an evening when in such a rural location.

The property is in a nice and quiet location. It is super convenient that there is a supermarket and a cafe right in the same house. We were very well received and even accompanied to our room to explain everything to us exactly. The room was very large and beautifully decorated, well appointed and has a great balcony overlooking the sea. Cleanliness is great, every other day is cleaned. Towels and even dishes that are provided will be replaced with clean ones. Highly recommended!

Awesome and warm welcome, Nathan gave us plenty of information about the points of interest nearby and was attentive. The room is cozy. The common areas are large and nice, there is plenty to cook with simple dishes. BBQ evening on the program, at the best. Thank you

We chose accommodation in Villa Maria Quinta, which is located in a quiet village, because we don't like the hustle and bustle of the city. Once you get used to the very steep and narrow island roads, it's easy to get with car to any part of Madeira from here. There are numerous hiking trails nearby, as well as a sandy beach. Also nearby are many restaurants with delicious dishes. Funchal is only 36 km away. The villa is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. It is excellent accommodation for larger groups because it has 6 separate cottages-apartments for a total of 12 people.

Great Location before or after hiking in the mountains. The hosts are great and give good advice for activities/the surroundings. View was stunning from the rooftop into the valley and they also have a good restaurant.

Anna's hotel was a very nice place to stay. Breakfast with a 5-star view included, and incredible service. We enjoyed the food and slept well, even though it was a very cold week. The view from the hotelroom to the mountains and see is beautiful. All in all, for the price you pay you get everything you need, plus the knowledge and kindness of Anna. Thank you! We will be back ;)
