This is the best airbnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, every one of us was indeed impressed with how lovely the apartment was, it’s very spacious and perfect for 4+ people, it’s the ideal location for exploring Madeira by car. As it’s in the central location of the island. The host was amazing left us a welcome basket with loads of different local snacks, they was very welcoming and attended to our needs and provided lots of information about Madeira and activities that we can do Overall for the price and quality of what you’re getting it’s out of this world 🌍 get yourself booked in 👍🏻

We really chose a fantastic apartment here! It's just like it looks in the photos and the description is accurate. If you want an apartment just outside the city centre, in a quieter neighbourhood (São Martinho), that has unbelievably stunning views of the hills, sparkling lights and the ocean, this is the one. The road is a dead end so there are no revving motorbikes or cars, only in the distance the typical barking dogs of Madeira. Going to sleep at night and waking up to this view was a stunner! We were there for one week and had everything we needed to make meals, watch TV and comfortably get ready (two of us). There are 3 balconies and 2 ways to get to the home. Be prepared to climb and descend hills if you don't have a car! But this is part of the experience. An added bonus was on-property cat, Hippie, who you get to feed and cuddle outside every day. She was such a sweetheart! Leonor is also one of the most proactive communicators on AirBnB. We had such a wonderful experience.

Very nice apartment with very nice view. Johnny is a very friendly and supportive host. It was great to sit out in the sun in the morning. Very quiet, 10 min up the steep hill from Ponta do Sol.

We really enjoyed the accommodation! (family of 6 people) This one is well located, a beautiful view, very peaceful and private place. It is very well equipped, heated pool (for €30/day), barbecue available, very spacious and clean. Which makes it a great value. We recommend it!

We chose to stay at Constantino’s stunning home as our last stop before leaving the beautiful island, and couldn’t have asked for a better base to end our time in Madeira. Constantino provided many local recs and was super responsive. The home was clean with everything we needed. Can’t say enough! Thank you!

This is one of my favorite absolute places I’ve ever stayed in my life! The views were absolutely incredible and the house was so cozy! Sunset is beautiful in any of the balconies and would stay here again 👍🏼🌴😆 Thank you Jose!!

Great place, clean, very spacious, excellent bedding. The terrace allows you to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Small supermarket within a 1mn walk, very well supplied. Quiet and very good location on the island.

Augustino was very helpful and responsive. The house was perfect for two families. We had more than enough space and all that we needed. Shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. It was also the perfect location for driving to other parts of the island.

We stayed at the house for almost a week and it felt like home. The view was so beautiful, house so spacious and clean and aesthetic, the kitchen also has everything you need to cook, outside area is also great for having BBQ and relax by the pool. Tatiana was always responsive to messages and gave us recommendations where to go for shopping and eating. We would come back again definitely. The location is also great because you are close to Funchal, or can explore any other spot on the island within 30 mins to 1 hour with car. Big thanks to our hosts!

Very nice apartment with all amenities including a covered garage. A superb sea view from every room in the apartment: breakfast in the morning overlooking the sea of happiness... We were well looked after at the beginning and end of our stay. The building is located in a quiet area and, at the same time, it is very quick to access the expressways: to visit the whole island it was great. Recommended apartment.

Cozy house equipped with all the necessary things for a stay in Madeira. Very clean and with a beautiful sea view. Carlos was very helpful during the days of the stay.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. It's very spacious with all the amenities you need. It has a great sea view with access to pools as well. It has a small gym too. There is a big supermarket a 5 minute walk away and many restaurants in the area too. It also comes with a free parking bay. It's also only a 10/15 minutes drive into Old Town Funchal. Highly recommend a stay here if you are looking to come to Madeira.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa da Eva. The description was spot on and instructions to get there and check in really helpful. It’s in a beautiful location with great sunset views. Has everything you need to stay in and cook. We’d recommend that you hire a car if staying here. We tried a number of the recommendations in the booklet Eva provided and loved them. Apartment itself was clean, modern and bright. Perfect for the three of us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place. It was very clean and comfortable. It has lovely views of the ocean and great location to discover the whole island. There was also everything we needed including the basics for cooking like oil, vinegar, salt and herbs. The only small downside was that the town was a little too far to walk but there are a couple of restaurants that can be walked to. Maria was great at giving us recommendations and helping out when we had issues with our flights.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very secluded and private but also cosy and well-equipped. It was so clean and felt like we were the first and only guests ever to stay here! Some nice thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome and comfortable too such as blankets, wine and biscuits! Don't forget to bring your slippers though as the floor is cold though the blankets and heaters provided were much appreciated. The mountain views were incredible and well worth the steep, narrow drive up. Eva was there to meet us and had sent us very detailed instructions and a video to help us find it as it is quite remote. Eva was a very responsive host and easily contactable throughout our stay with recommendations for walks and restaurants in the local area. The only downside was the ants but I liked the fact that Eva used chemical free solutions to this. I would definitely recommend staying here if you love nature and peace and quiet. I could happily have sat and stared at the views all day!

We had a great stay at this nice apartment! We enjoyed the view from the balcony every day and loved it so much. We missed some amenities in the kitchen (cheese grater for example, more plates, cups etc). The location is fine, close to the airport and a great starting place for hikes all around the island - you have to have a car though! The neighborhood is not really nice, you can't really go for a walk or get somewhere by foot. Still, we enjoyed our stay a lot!
