This B&B is in the historic Center of Funchal, by the sea and best restaurants in a colourful area. convenient to all buses to explore the Island. recommend you do so, this is an adventure in itself ... those hills !! My stay in Vitorina Corte was short, sadly spent most of my stay in a noisy area but delighted to have experienced the ambience of this BB and hopefully will do again. Words cannot express the character of this house and gardens / just see for yourself, LOVED IT Abrigado FABIAMO you are the best soo helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Guadelupe. The location is stunning! access to the sea in three minutes. It has a parking space at the door of the house.

The place was great, there was a balcony with great ocean and mountain views. We spontaneously booked breakfast, which was no problem. The village of Paul do Mar is very cozy, you can drive from this spot very well to the north and the middle of the island. Right next door is an excellent café. We had a lovely time at Villa Amore.

I highly recommend this hotel, which is very well located in Paul Do Mar, close to restaurants and the beach. It is also above a bakery that offers take-away pastries and breakfasts on site, which are very good. Our host was lovely and available. Thank you!

Our 1 year old daughter became very unwell during our holiday, Leonel was very understanding and supportive. Providing us information for hospitals, additional bedding etc. we appreciated this, as we weren’t as low maintenance as we like to be. Our daughter was upset and cried but we were never made to feel bad. The location is fantastic. Beautiful and great proximity to mountains and beach.

Lovely place to stay, pool area is great and is a perfect getaway while being close enough to towns.

This Airbnb is in a perfect location if you want to explore the entire island — including Seixal, Fanal Forest, and more. The house itself is super clean and comfortable. But honestly, the best part is the host! I've never met someone so friendly and helpful — he literally assisted us with everything we needed. I absolutely loved this place and would recommend it if you’re planning to explore the island on your own.

We only stayed here one night, our last night on the island, but the welcoming really left a big impression on us. It's a super friendly family that takes good care of you to get you settled in, and then gives you the privacy you need. The apartment was simple, nice and had a nice terass to have your breakfast looking at the mountains waking up. On the downside, it is steep and narrow road to the house. But with some patience and calmness you will reach a parking spot by the house.

Jessica and Carlos keep a great balance of proactive communication and respecting the privacy - we enjoyed our relationship during our long stay. The place matches the description and photos. Partial sunrise and partial sunset views are awesome. Rather short walk to the sea.

Uncomplicated and easy check-in! We loved the balcony from which you can see the sea and enjoy the sun. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the harbour are all nearby!

Such a nice and beautiful house to stay in while visiting Madeira. Amazing view under a beautiful landscape. Carolina was extremely responsive and provided us help when required. The jacuzzi is a must

Great and very modern furnished apartment. We enjoyed the private balcony very much. Air conditioning for cooling and heating available. Amenities of the kitchen are sufficient, everything necessary is available. Good parking inside yard. The communication with Host Manuel was excellent, he responded very quickly and kindly to our questions. If you are looking for a great place to stay on the north coast, Manuel will definitely find it!

Very kind and helpful people, great communication with the owner, cozy place with space for grill and good view. Delicious and healthly breakfast that can fit even to low carb diet expectations. I truely recommend the stay.

We had a great time at Porto Santo, and Ricardo's is definitely worth recommending if you're staying on the island. Such a lovely family! If they say they invite you to their home and will treat you like a friend or family - this is exactly what they mean and how you will be treated. We felt very welcomed. The hosts were very helpful, enabling us to take the room a bit earlier, give us a shuttle from and to the ferry and, quite unexpectedly, providing us the greatest opportunity to see the whole island.

Ruben’s place is absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful, and the garden is stunning – a perfect place to relax. We especially loved the shared breakfast, which created a warm and social atmosphere. Ruben is a fantastic host, very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly, and we felt at home right away. We would return anytime without hesitation. Highly recommended!

We’ve been so happy with the accommodation. We’ve been the only guest - for that reason we could use the entire outdoor area privately. The apartment was fully equipped with all necessary utilities. We stayed for 10 days and loved it.

Hosts were amazing, couldn’t have been more friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and attended to. House and gardens are beautiful, pool is great and the view is outstanding. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!!
