Absolutely loved our stay here. Janine (host) was incredibly friendly, helpful with recommendations, and responsive. The views were magical. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a lovely stay at Serenity. The place is great and has everything you need to feel comfortable. We were a party of 6 plus a baby and honestly the place felt so roomy. The terraces and balcony are little sun traps too which were great. Michael is a great host, super attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay at Serenity again!

We stayed at this place for one week and had a wonderful time. The house is in the middle of a small banana plantation, and upon our arrival, we were greeted with a bunch of local bananas and a mango from Veronica. The beach is within walking distance. The road leading to the house is a quiet, private, local route that takes you through two tunnels and past some waterfalls, adding to the charm and excitement of the place. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Veronica is an amazing host—very responsive and always helpful. We definitely recommend this place for a stay!

Our hosting was very warm. We would have appreciated having better bedding to rest all 4 of us. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped Santana is a village with no particular attraction but remains a strategic place to go hiking in the surroundings.

Rita's house is magic! Loved the cozy vibe of the house and the surroundings. Rita was very sweet and helpful at check-in and gave us great recommendations. The weather was really bad and therefore we left the house 4 days early to travel back back home. Rita didn't have to but she adjusted the booking and refunded us the last 4 days which was really kind of her 🙏🏼

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hosts were welcoming and helpful. The cottage is in a great location and we would highly recommend.

We stayed in SeaSky for 5 days. Although the arrival at the accommodation is by a steep concrete slope, arriving and leaving by car is no problem. Parking spaces are well marked on the ground, we have never had any problems. The duplex apartment offers a magnificent view and allows you to wake up with the sound of waves on the shore and facing the sea. The pool is a great asset after a good day walking or driving around the island, or enjoying the terrace of the accommodation. Special mention for the extra "pool" towels provided. A very, very good accommodation.:)

Our arrival went smoothly even after a delay in our flight. Joao was there to welcome us, introduce us to the house, and provide us with some recommendations. The house is beautiful, convenient and even better than in the photos. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

A great little place right in the national park of Madeira. Petite but with all you need. A quiet spot surrounded by beautiful nature. With a spectacular view and wonderful hiking possibilities. So calming that you might just want to stay forever ;)

A very personal place to arrive and feel good. The place radiates peace and warmth – perfect for taking a little break or exploring the surroundings in peace. The garden is beautiful, with a fantastic view of the sea – a place where you can just take a deep breath. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, you immediately felt welcome and in good hands. I'd love to come back!

It was wonderful to stay up on the hillside above Tabua. Beautiful view every morning, extremely quiet, fresh eggs from the gentle hens. The home is spacious (only two of us, but definitely lots of space for four), we had all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed. We spent most of our time in the pergola or on the deck. Both for meals and relaxation time. Gomes provided great communication, welcomed us with a tour and had fresh fruit from the property waiting for us. The Levada Nova is a couple hundred steps down the hillside. Getting to the north or west was a 30-45 min drive. Great for discovering Madeira. We loved the location, but you need a vehicle and you can’t walk to bars, restaurants or night life if that is your thing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend.

A beautiful and peaceful haven in the mountains. Perfect for an off grid getaway. Dioclécio was friendly and offered great recommendations for walking trails nearby.

Such a nice and beautiful house to stay in while visiting Madeira. Amazing view under a beautiful landscape. Carolina was extremely responsive and provided us help when required. The jacuzzi is a must

João is an exceptionally friendly and proactive host. The Villa and the Pool are in the most scenic Environment and the Infinitiy Pool is the cherry on top. We came as a group of 6 to both work and spend some time in nature. Fully recommendable!

We spent a week at Villa Lara and were very sad to leave. The house has everything you need and offers a relaxing atmosphere. It is flooded with light and probably has the nicest bathrooms we have ever had. Communication with Mandy and Elvio was great. They were very reactive and check in and out were smooth. A supermarket is in walking distance, however we recommend a rental car to move around and discover the many beautiful places close by.

Leonel and his wife have created a cluster of wonderful apartments born out of absolute passion and love for the region and his family’s heritage. My wife and I stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment with its own private roof terrace overlooking the outdoor pool. The accommodation is located amongst the towering lush green mountain scape. The kitchen is really well equipped with an oven, microwave, hobs and double sink. A stunning location & apartment. Beware that no paper products can be flushed down the toilet, so there’s a separate bin for this…

Three generations from Granny at 67 to 4 year old grandson had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. So spacious with smaller seating areas for a little quiet time, fantastic pool and views of the ocean and sunsets. Shady spots in the garden or full sunshine and beautiful outside dining area. The kitchen was big enough for us all and the open cooking fire a bonus to our barbeque fan. It was well equipped with plenty of cutlery, glasses, etc. Lovely welcome fruit bowl - the bananas were the best ever - milk, cake, wine, beer, teabags, condiments and dishwasher tablets all there ready for us. The back kitchen with washing machines and drier and a brilliant sink for scrubbing muddy shoes after one of our lavada walks. Perfect Granny and Grandad suite on ground floor with huge shower, multiple bathrooms on the other floors and Maria stayed to help us reconfigure the beds to fit our family groups. A car is essential to get the most out of this beautiful island. We loved it - thank you!

Lovely appartement! Well-equipped; things like blender and even hiking sticks etc were present. Rodrigo is a great host and helps when needed! Appartement is really private. So you are not disturbed by anyone (except the cute little cat). You need a car when staying here.

Casas Na Ilha was very clean, large and beautiful. We really enjoyed the stay. The pool and kitchen were great for large groups and each room had its own bathroom. We would come back. Isabel responded very quickly and kindly to messages and check-in with the door code was very easy and convenient.

Great apartment - extremely comfortable and spacious with beautiful sea view. We needed to hire a car and Elisabete advised us who to use and we had secure parking in the garage. Would stay again!

We had the very best time at the house! One of the Airbnbs that is exactly as pictured in real life. Hosts respond quickly to messages, only the heating is a bit special and only works at certain times.
