Check in was easy and smooth, communication was very good from the host. We really did feel like we could lean on them if we wanted anything. Very nice and helpful. House was generally very clean and we had a great time there. Big dinner tables for family meals both inside and out and a nice little breakfast bar. Pool was well maintained and kept clean. Kitchen is pretty much stocked with everything you'd need. Only downside I would say is that the garage would've been too small for the original car we had hired, thankfully we ended up getting a hatchback rather than an SUV. The tight roads would've also been an issue for inexperienced drivers. Not a deal breaker though, the house was very nice and spacious otherwise.

we loved staying at this place. It is tastefully decorated, no comment on the perfect cleanliness, it is a qualitative apartment both for bedding and furniture as well as details like the shower. We particularly liked the location. Very quiet ocean facing, excellent restaurants nearby. Added to this is Lorenzo's kindness and kindness. What more could you ask for? We can only advise him.

Very nice apartment with all amenities including a covered garage. A superb sea view from every room in the apartment: breakfast in the morning overlooking the sea of happiness... We were well looked after at the beginning and end of our stay. The building is located in a quiet area and, at the same time, it is very quick to access the expressways: to visit the whole island it was great. Recommended apartment.

The apartment is quietly located, has a fantastic view and everything is easy to reach by car, highly recommended to explore the whole island. Very, highly recommend!

Narciso &, Marlene are lovely host's friendly, welcoming and warm. We didn't arrive until 02:30 a.m (missed our first flight, didn't arrive until 12 hours later) Narciso & Marlene were very understanding & helpful. They were at the house when we arrived,showed us around, there home is beautiful (the pictures do not do it justice), it is very specious with so much out door space. You have the wrap around terrace around the house with out door eating space plus the floor below with grill, sink & eating area and space to dry your clothes. The beds are comfortable as are the bedding,there are 2 single beds and a king-size bed. You have everything you need to cook meals including utensils (the added bonus of being able to eat outside and enjoy the peace and tranquil surroundings) the shower is superb (specious shower & good running water) Narciso & Marlene were very kind in leaving us some food. Narciso & Marlene were close for help and advice. We would/will definitely be staying again! 💐

We had a wonderful week in Madeira. Christian's apartment is spacious and clean. There is everything you need. It was pleasant to sleep. The only noise you can hear is the sound of the ocean. There is a small supermarket nearby and a good fish restaurant in the neighboring house. We were happy with our vacation. Thanks Christian!

Location was amazing. Just outside Funchal but nice and quiet. Place was very comfortable clean and had a beautiful balcony with great sunset views. 3 minute walk to great restaurants and a snack bar down by the ocean. Communication was great, easy parking and the laundry really helped us out. We were very happy and will stay again!
