We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood right by a peaceful waterway—such a lovely spot to wake up to. Getting into the city was super easy; we hopped on public transit and were at the Royal Mile and the castle in no time. It was great to have that balance of being close to all the sights but still able to come back to a calm, cozy space at the end of the day. Communication with the host was great too—quick and helpful, which made everything really smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in Scott’s very attractive, comfortable flat. It’s got a really nice outdoor patio area and the walk along the harbour is fun to do. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the parking is very straightforward. Scott himself was very friendly and helpful. All in all quite a find!

Jean's apartment was a lovely place to stay for a chilled and relaxed break away. The East Neuk is a beautiful area of Scotland and Jean's apartment showcased Pittenweem very well: great sea views from the kitchen, the living room (both seating areas), and from one of the bedrooms. The apartment features a good kitchen (well equipped) and some cute furnishing throughout. Clean and comfortable, with great communication from Jean. Would book again in a heartbeat. I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

The house has everything you could ever need for you’re stay plenty of space for everyone and the terrace and garden were amazing to sit out in the sun and the fully enclosed garden gives you peace of mind when taking dogs and kids. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a perfect Spring break in Aberfeldy at Vickys. The home was squeaky clean, cosy and well equipped in a central location in Aberfeldy. Everything we needed was within walking distance and there are surprisingly good places to wine and dine. The weather was also perfect and local scenery is majestic. Highly recommend it!

We enjoyed a lovely stay while attending a wedding nearby. The house was perfect, so welcoming, homely and very clean. Kim was a responsive host from the off, advising on taxi numbers and great local recommendations for eating out and buying those last minute bits and bobs that you’ve likely forgot! This property was such a find, and we enjoyed watching the changing weather over the loch. Highly recommended.

One of our favourite properties we have ever stayed in from Air B and B. The lodge was very cosy with beautiful views particularly from the kitchen and sitting room, of the sea on one side and open fields on other. Great location also- just yards outside was the door was the choice of beautiful cliff walk or Coldingham Sands beach. Kitchen is also very well equipped, although due to the position of the lighting was a little dark when it trying to preparing food as you end blocking the light with your back. Bed and sofa very comfy! Only difficulty was that we struggled to work the shower in bedroom but we’re able to use the one over the bath in the main bathroom so wasn’t really a problem Would love to visit again and will be recommending to others!

Stayed for 3 nights at this remarkable property. If you are contemplating holidaying here I urge you do it, just book it now! husband, dog & I revelled in this haven of a house and it felt mansion sized, you can lose yourself among the generously proportioned rooms. The heart of the house being the huge traditional kitchen with welcoming raeburn stove which flows seamlessly into one of the most comfortable living rooms we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. We loved the tasteful decoration throughout & the carefully curated quirky modern & antique mix of furnishings. Outside the hot tub is of a very high, quality standard & and those powerful wee jets were an absolute tonic after a day’s hillwalking! Did I mention the owner’s attention to detail? And at last, Someone who understands the importance of silky soft & crisp bedding!! Peaceful setting with the joy of hooting owls & the odd stag grazing in the field in the evenings. We absolutely loved staying at Julie and Ians place. The scones and prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch and a fab way to start of our weekend! The location was just stunning and we enjoyed having a wee dip in the river at the end of the garden! Would highly recommend this place as it was perfect for making a nice meal and enjoying each others company. Thanks so much for hosting us!

The photos do not do the place justice - it is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. So much bigger than it looked online too and we had a great stay. The only issue we had was that the hot water stopped working mid way through the day. Elizabeth was super helpful and responsive to the problem but we had to be in Newcastle for early evening so it meant 6 of our party had to have freezing cold showers one day as the water took too long to come back on. Other than that, I can’t fault it. Surroundings are beautiful. So peaceful and yet close to shops, airport (25 mins), a gorgeous spa (matfen hall), and a 35 min minibus to Newcastle. Would recommend to all.

Lou and Claire’s apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Edinburgh - an excellent location for transport and restaurants. It’s in a pretty area out of the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions which suited us perfectly - felt like we had a real taste of what it’s like to be a local. Parts of the apartment are small such as the bathroom and kitchen but completely equipped with anything one may need…also provided great inspiration on how to make good use of a small space! We recommend staying at Lou and Claire’s apartment!

Lovely well kept cottage in a lovely little town. The decor is subtle and charming. The house is equipped with everything, lovely hot shower, good central heating and plenty of sunlight. The bedding is great quality cotton.The whole house is very clean.

This well-equipped ground-floor apartment looking out onto the sea a few 100 ms away is fairly centrally located in Ayr. Good access to Burns birthplace in Alloway and the amazing Culzean castle along the coast. If you are interested in history, there is much to see in the neighbouring countryside and coastline apart from the town-centre. Alison is a great host and left lots of welcome treats including butter, milk and Scottish goodies! She was quick to respond to our queries and provided lots of useful advice. A wonderful stay in a cosy, clean and comfortable flat with a reasonable time to check out at 11 am! Kids loved access to both Netflix and Disney! Thank you Alison!

We spent a long weekend here and had a great time ☺️ The flat is very close by to local transport and grocery shops, and has a private parking space. The flat is spacious, clean, and easily accessible via stairs or lift with a large lounge / kitchen which was perfect. The host was very friendly and communicated quickly with us. They very kindly allowed us to stay an extra hour over checkout time due to clocks moving forward! Would highly recommend staying

We enjoyed staying at Brian's for a few nights while in Edinburgh. The place was very clean, neat, with lovely bathroom, kitchen organised with everything you need, big living rooms, and dining space. It was very easy to park and the instructions we received were very clear, the place easy to find and the bus station that took us to the centre just 2 minutes away. Brian was communicative, friendly and our stay was so nice that we think we'll return there again when you we back to Edinburgh. Thank you very much. A real pleasure!! 5 stars!!

Lovely quiet, safe location. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and well presented with supplies of anything you might need during your stay. Excellent communication from Victoria. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a base to explore Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

This is a brilliant place to stay in an amazing location right by the beach - easy and free parking too right outside. North Berwick is such a nice place to stay great coffee houses, bakers and butchers and the boat trips arounfd the Bass Rock are a must !
