Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Lothian

We had a late cancellation on another property due to flooding. We booked this property last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Great location, loads of restaurants and pubs. Graham was super responsive and helpful. Parking was a bonus. Only very minor downside was the double bed which wasn’t very comfortable but fine for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. The apartment has three very spacious and comfortable bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen living dining area. The location is outstanding and very walkable to all the major Edinburgh attractions. The only minor negative was the very small bathroom, although it was still functional, modern and clean.

Perfect base for our trip, quiet location, would definitely recommend.

Excellent property for 1-2 guests. Excellent having owners next door and who kept in touch without being intrusive during the stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Only surprise was an Airbnb cleaning fee added to the quote but was not expensive.

My family and me had a wonderful stay. Its 5 stars all through out. Only one concern for the future visitors. We had little difficulty in finding the exact location and to enter into the apartment. I should confess, looking back the instructions, were detailed and clear which I had not read properly. I had to call David and clarify few things. I though David was bit annoyed and asked me whether I had not read the instructions!

Fantastic apartment with a lovely view of the city. It was very close to the SECC which is all we wanted but not far to walk or hop in an uber to near by bars and restaurants. The apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We would definitely return.

Yen's place was a perfect location for our stay within walking distance to all the attractions and also had free carparking space. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The flooring needs to be updated as others have mentioned. Yen was a great host and would definitely recommend staying.

The house is big, suitable for many people to travel, the host is responsive, suitable for many groups to travel!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this cosy and charming flat. I plan to return! The location was perfect for exploring Dunblane, Stirling and the surrounding area. Decor has a cosy with homely feel. Great powerful shower. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a wee escape!

So many lovely details, good quality bed linen, great towels, good tea and amenities. Great location. Loved the curtains, colours, cool lamps and fittings. Good kitchen. Our family was in Scotland to meet friends in Edinburgh and attend the Taylor Swift show, which was fab, and we were so chuffed to see the Taylor-bow on the toilet paper! Very welcoming! We found the beds a bit hard, but no bed will suit everyone. Be aware that the sofa bed would not suit someone tall. Our daughters were fine, but anyone over 1.60 in height might find it too short. We were in apartment 1. If you think you might react to a moldy smell you might prefer one of the apartments on the first floor. There is not much one can do about a sort of mustyness that is in many UK houses, especially in ground floor apartments. The Weather is to blame! We anyway enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the care and thought put into the soft furnishings, many lovely details and good quality facilities.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful setting. Really great restaurant under the apartment. Accommodation was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay.

Great communication from our hosts before arrival with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. The apartment was warm and welcoming. The sofas and beds were comfortable. There is a lovely shared garden behind the property which we didn't use this time. There is a useful shop directly opposite the apartment and a nice pub serving meals around the corner. We look forward to a longer visit next time.

Beautiful experience. The place is big and well kept. It gives complete privacy and all the amenities. Must visit.
