Set in the Northumberland National Park, this attractive wooden cabin has been fully renovated inside with plenty of little touches to make our guests feel right at home. Just back from 2 nights at Pip & want a beautiful, relaxing experience it was. Immediately felt relaxed and at home in this property. The hot tub was amazing looking out to the gorgeous view of the mountains and river. Peaceful surroundings but all in all an amazing stay! The sheep wandering around was also a favourite of mine! 🐑 Will absolutely be back!

We had the perfect little mini moon at the Shepherds Hut. The location is perfect we ate the first night in The Swan which was an easy 10minute walk from the farm, lovely food and reasonably priced. The Hut itself was beautiful, well equipped and lovely and private. The owners were friendly and lovely to chat to when we met them on the farm. The surroundings are very peaceful and was lovely to watch the little lambs bouncing around whilst relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend this space for a quiet weekend away. Although we didn't do much exploring it would also be a perfect location to use as a base to explore some of the local tourist attractions.

Caroline greeted us on arrival with her gorgeous dog and we instantly felt welcome. We completely switched off and read, ate delicious food and relaxed infront of the fire. And that bathroom! We stayed for two nights for my partners 40th birthday and we absolutely loved it. The lodge is beautifully designed with a mix of homely and camper vibes and it meets the description perfectly. Our daughter loved the open space to run around in, it was great to have the privacy along with such amazing views of the hills. The hot tub is fantastic and very clean along with the rest of the house. We are so glad we decided to spend the time for my partners birthday here and will definitely book up again in the future!
