Great stay at this place full of character. The photos don’t do justice to how nice it is, particularly the sitting room area on the floor before the bedroom which is full of light and a nice views. Bed is super comfy. Very generous mini bar/breakfast offerings too, thank you! Kettle and some cutlery but bear in mind no kitchenette or anything for breakfast. Highly recommended, and very helpful host. Thanks for the lovely Christmas stay.

We stayed for 3 nights over Easter in order to climb up Snowdon Peak. The dragon Pod feels very special and homely. It has been extremely clean and welcoming, a very comfortable big bed, a woodburner stove to make it even cozier, and as a highlight a very nice hot tub outside in a secluded area. The thick bathrobes were a nice touch as well as the bottle of wine when we arrived. Sheila was always contactable and super friendly. We had a great time in a beautiful setting - can recommend highly!

What an absolute gem!! The location of the lodge is fantastic, beautifully peaceful countryside with only the birds and local farm animals in sight and earshot. The photos really do not do it justice, the feel inside is super cosy and well equipped. Outside is on another level - the views over the fields, private hot tub and sauna as well as various different seating areas make it stand out. We had planned to walk to the local pub but we were having such a relaxing time we decided not to leave at all! We had asked for the hot tub to be warmed for when we got there, the only thing I will say is bring your fire making abilities with you as you'll need them! Michelle was a great host, she was very responsive both prior to the stay and during, and met us there to let us in, nothing was too much trouble. The return trip is already in discussions!

Silvie's Cottage is a true delight! Welcoming, extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and feels like a home from home with lots of extra touches. Off road parking in a lovely residential street which is only a short stroll into Church Stretton and a choice of walks straight from the door with no need to use a car. The garden is lovely and adds to the overall atmosphere of a warm welcoming cottage. We loved our few days stay, would highly recommend and plan to return again....hopefully soon! What a perfect little stay we had at this Shepherds Hut! Absolutely beautiful inside and out with unreal surroundings. Mark & Jonathan were lovely hosts, always so friendly and responded very quickly to any messages. The detail in the hut was amazing and had everything we needed, we even spontaneously stayed an extra night as we loved it that much! We will definitely be back here soon

We highly recommend staying at this wonderful house. The photos really do not do it justice - the house is an incredible space and the views are utterly stunning. The house was beautifully clean, the bedsheets were luxurious and cosy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. The bathrooms are modern and fantastic. The bedrooms are larger than they appear in the photos and beautifully decorated. The proximity to the town is excellent but the house is also private and peaceful. It also has a wonderful enclosed space for dogs to run around in. We are so grateful to Ben for letting us stay over Christmas, with the house beautifully decorated for the festive period. We hope to be able to come and stay again soon!

Had a lovely couple of nights here and wished we had stayed longer! It was so quiet, peaceful and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is a lot bigger than the photos and descriptions show, it was super clean, spacious and the hot tub was nice and ready for our arrival - which we made great use of. We also booked a private 1 hour exclusive use of the indoor swimming pool on site (£12 for up to 4 people - bargain!) and all staff were very friendly. We would happily stay here again, comfortable bed, lots of appliances, super quiet - exceeded our expectations! Thank you
