This cottage will delight you, we have completely renovated it, the exterior remains to be improved 😊 It is fully equipped (crockery, BBQ, deckchair, garden furniture, internet, Wi-Fi, baby kit...). Located in Les Conches, 20 min walk to the beaches (Conches, Bud, etc.) or 3 min by car, vegetables, croissants and bread are at the end of the street. You will be 5 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer and 1 hour from Le Puy du Fou. Linens are not provided. Pets are allowed subject to reservation.

Parking, garden furniture, barbecue WE of the ascent: rental from Thursdays to Sunday minimum Rental for groups of at least 6 people from Saturday to Saturday. It can host up to 10 adults + 3 children. I rent to fewer groups in the week during the year based on a price for 1 person for one night and €19per additional person. No dishwasher or WiFi.
