Comfortable, well-equipped, clean studio apartment with breathtaking views of the mountains and a beautiful glimpse of the lake. Only 8 minutes down the hill on foot to reach the main square, and right next to a line 3 bus stop. Philippe is a nice, responsive, and accommodating host who offered us flexible check-in and check-out.

The apartment with parking is very easy to find and is located on a quiet street. The apartment itself was also very quiet. Check-in is easy, after consulting with the landlady we were able to move in immediately upon arrival before the check-in time in Ascona (we came from Italy and made a stopover in Ascona). The apartment has been newly renovated, was very clean and included everything we needed. Questions to the landlord were answered after a short time. Within walking distance you can reach the center of Ascona. If you want it more comfortable, take the bus, the stop is practically at your doorstep. We will definitely rent this apartment again; we are often in Ascona.
