A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

There were five of us. All persons between 60 and 87 years of age. The house really has everything you want - from the furnishings, to the kitchen and bathroom amenities, to the beautiful garden with the magnificent view. There was nothing missing! We were personally welcomed and instructed by Paul and Silvia and therefore immediately felt very comfortable. Due to the central location of the accommodation in the "Sopra Ceneri", excursions to the entire canton are possible within a short time. We recommend arriving by car. Thanks to the charging station for electric vehicles, you have enough "juice" in the battery every morning, even for longer trips. We are already looking forward to the next visit and thank you very much!

We had 4 great days in Ashley's apartment. The traffic on the street was audible, but did not bother us. The lake access and park are a few minutes' walk away and we were able to really enjoy the time there. The Osteria is also a less than 5-minute walk away and there is fine, seasonal food in a cozy atmosphere, we ate there all 3 evenings. Ashley was very courteous and helpful.
