Vacation rentals in Locarno District

We were in Gerra as an extended family with adult children and had rented both apartments. The accommodation is ideal for this, as you share the terrace with the neighboring apartment. The view from the terrace is simply superb. This is the special thing about the apartment. The place Gerra is still wonderfully cozy, relaxed and you immediately feel at home. The apartments are cozily furnished, everything necessary is available and everything was very clean upon arrival. The only downside to the house is that it is hard of hearing. However, this will be pointed out before booking and you can be prepared for it. It didn't bother us...

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

We had a great few days at the house. Great kitchen with good amenities. Games and TV are all impeccable and up to date. Communication was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, a lot is only open in May (train to the Alp Salei, Bergbeiz,...) but we still had a very nice time. Thank you very much

The apartment is located near the lakeside, so we could see the reflection of water like a mirror of the sky. It’s so beautiful. Also, the house is spacious, good for a group of 5-6 ppl. If you’re a nature lover, this apartment is definitely a good choice.

My husband, 6yo daughter, and I stayed at Carolina's apartment for two nights. The large terrace and the view of the lake and mountains are amazing - this alone is worth the stay. The apartment itself, though, was also very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The elevator directly to the apartment is convenient, and parking was very easy. The location is excellent - a quick walk to the lake, and we also walked to Locarno, stopping at multiple playgrounds along the way. There is a Coop gas station with a market nearby for quick groceries, and a bus station is also close. We had lovely autumn weather while there, so I can't speak to temperature control in the warmer months, but we did see several AC units, and there were fans available. All in all, I highly recommend and hope to return sometime very soon!

We enjoyed the week before Easter in the apartment very much. We lacked nothing in the apartment. Since the weather was not yet so warm and also rainy, we had to adjust the radiators in the apartment. But that made it cozy in the apartment. Maybe a clothes rack would still be an advantage. With several people and their bath towels, swimsuits and possibly rain gear, it is otherwise difficult in terms of space for everything to dry again for the next day. We would highly recommend the apartment. The location is TOP and the view by day and night just WOW.

Beautiful surroundings, post bus right at your doorstep. (This is how you can leave the car.) Large house, fully equipped with everything you need! Scorpions can be expected:-) very nice, large outdoor area. Mike was super friendly, will get back to you right away. Absolutely uncomplicated handover. We have enjoyed our holidays!
