I highly recommend this place! We were here with our two children (11 and 7 years) and had a wonderful time! The nearby beach is fantastic and absolutely suitable for all ages! Great climbing areas are also within walking distance. Christoph is super nice and was always available, he also gave us valuable tips on beautiful excursions. We will be happy to come back :)

A really great apartment, which is much nicer in real life than in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we even got a great crib with blanket and matching pillow. And there was also a high chair for children. Glad to come back

Great apartment and a very helpful host!

We just enjoyed our getaway and the beautiful views, whether from the living room, dining table or pergola. The apartment was lovingly decorated, modern and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was nothing missing. We had rented the covered parking and this was great. Was located directly by the stairs to the apartment and there was still enough space for two e-bikes. Also, the steps to the apartment were very easy to master, even with luggage. Lighted in the evening. Check-in is uncomplicated and Sandra informed us well about everything in advance and at the end. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Very nice and quietly located apartment with parking and small 'terrace'. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very clean. The cool toys for the kids are worth mentioning :) Also decorated with love. Excursion tips are available. The hostess always responded very quickly and also introduced herself personally. A very practically furnished, very well-maintained 2-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location. It is excellent for a few days and is perfect for long mountain walks. Beautiful apartment in a quiet location. The lake, restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. The apartment corresponds to the pictures and the description. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the apartment.

We were very happy with the place. We have two boys (2 and 5 years old) and the existing toys were perfect for them. In addition, the apartment was very close to shopping and public transport. Locarno can be reached in a few minutes by bus. Michelle was very proactive and always responded quickly to my messages. Thanks Michelle for the lovely stay.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished.
 The flair for art is impressive. The spacious layout allows a relaxing stay. Access to the large garden invites you to have breakfast and enjoy.
 The wide bed is of the best quality. Since there is only one duvet blanket, cuddling is required. The proximity to the lake promenade, restaurants, shopping and public transport is excellent. For a stay in the low season with cool evenings, the restaurant next door is not disturbing. We are completely satisfied with the stay.

Everything went great, clean, super good communication with Ralph. Great indoor swimming pool. a very close bus stop with great connections to Locarno/Ascona/ Tenero. Within walking distance of the lake promenade. Very comfortable beds. Size was just right for us (couple with two small children 4&7). Price/performance good. We would choose the place again.

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

We had a pleasant stay in Minusio in Karin's apartment. From the apartment, the beach promenade of Locarno and Minusio can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Bus and train stops within walking distance allow you to explore the surroundings of Lake Maggiore and Ticino without a car. Communication with Karin went smoothly. We used the accommodation for an eventful, active holiday and can only recommend you.

What a wonderful place! The view is quite spectacular. Me, my wife & 2 children spent 2 nights here and we loved it. Quiet, peaceful, spectacular view, hot tub, loads of outdoor space and a lovely inside space. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.
