Vacation rentals with a sauna in Locarno District

Perfect Airbnb for couples. Neatly organized and cleaned. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Location is 10min from the lake and 2mins from a busstop, which brings you to the city in no time. Great experience overall, including the highlight of the sauna. Easy to handle and Airbnb has everything you need. Just be aware the kitchen is limited, and yet stocked enough for cooking delicious meals. Also, there is expensive parking close by. Little secret: There is a parking lot in Minusio (Remorino) for ~6.- per day, accessible by bus directly from the Airbnb ;)

We spent 2 super beautiful weeks in the cozy Casa Lisa. The apartment and kitchen furnishings were perfect. There was nothing missing. The covered seating area was worth its weight in gold in the first rainy days. We felt very comfortable. Swimming on the beautiful, long beach of Minusio was wonderful.

The pool on the top floor was wonderful. There were nice city and mountain views from the balconies. The shopping was convenient, with grocery stores being right next door. The location in general was great; close to the lake, Piazza Grande, and the Funicular. Agnes was very responsive to our requests. We had a great stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment ideally located in a Resort with all amenities: restaurant, small grocery store, reception if you have questions, but especially with fitness, wellness and a large swimming pool!! We had a wonderful week in May (outside school holidays) and loved the unlimited access to the pool which luckily was often unoccupied, we were almost always alone! What luck! The apartment is 5 minutes from the lake and you can reach the famous Ascona promenade in 40-45 minutes by following a nice path, without cars, by the lake, perfect for safe walks with children! Raphael's apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. The furnished terrace with its grill allows you to have a good time. Raphaël is a very attentive and very responsive host, who does everything to ensure the stay goes smoothly. I highly recommend this apartment and especially to families with young children!

Beautiful apartment, great location and stunning views. Was a little thrown by needing to bring bed linen and towels, and we didn't know what size bedding to bring. Also thought there would be free parking for all cars but had to pay for additional parking. All in all a great place to stay, very happy time here

We spent 6 days in the apartment and felt comfortable. Ideal starting point for excursions. Bus in front of the door and 5 minutes' walk from the train station. The apartment is lovingly furnished. From the balcony, you have a great view. The apartment offers everything needed for a week's stay. A very well-maintained indoor pool and sauna are available. Loved it.

Everything tip top, everything worked out great. Very pleasant apartment, enough space for 2 people, very well-equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious sun terrace. James is very helpful and friendly, has helpful tips and responds quickly. Thank you for the good care, we felt very much at home. Good starting point for our bike tours in the area. Supermarket and restaurants right around the corner. Only the bell tower next door rings very loudly and very frequently (every quarter of an hour) and at 7 am also very long. The Bimmel program runs between 5 a.m. and midnight. If you are a light sleeper, it's a little annoying :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Andrin's place. You don't actually need more than this view from the balcony, but also the rest of the apartment is nice and well decorated. See you soon, hopefully!

Beautiful, light and spacious apartment with a wonderful sunny balcony and modern kitchen. Perfect location - quiet and peaceful and only a few minutes walk to the train station, gondola and restaurants. Fabrizio and Katja were very welcoming on arrival and always on hand if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

Everything was good. Unfortunately it wasn't quite clean. Nevertheless, it was otherwise a great stay.

If you have a place with the best value for money in Lugano, it's this apartment. Excellent location, ground floor with a little garden where you can dry clothes. Antonio is a great host, very attentive and concerned. The house was clean and tidy. We were even welcomed by a couple of Brazilians. It's been an excellent 3 weeks.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and beautifully renovated home! The space is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, and the kitchen was well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the lovely jasmine scent that greeted us each time we came in, adding a relaxing and fresh touch. The outdoor area is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully set up for relaxing in the evening. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away yet close to so many things to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely return!

We, a family of five, had an amazing time at Goffredo’s place. His place is perfect, well-maintained, offers everything for a family and Goffredo even shared vegetables from his one garden with us. Perfect location, perfect host, highly recommended.

Jenny & Yvan's house is ideal for spending a few peaceful days and relaxing. Beautiful walks possible from the house, the surrounding nature is beautiful. Camedo train station is an 8-minute drive. We took advantage of it and did the whole Centovalli valley to Domodossola by train, the views are spectacular.

It was a special treat to stay at such a unique property. We felt as if we had been transported back in time. The property had a rustic and authentic atmosphere but with modern conveniences. Excellent hospitality and amenities. Andy provided us with thorough pre check-in information and was always quick to respond to questions. Having the home stocked with breakfast foods made for an easy transition. We especially enjoyed our daily delivery of fresh breads. There was a selection of wines and beers for purchase. My son is a sommelier and we had fun sampling some of them. The sauna and spa were a much needed way to relax and unwind. I loved the view from the sauna. I felt like I was in a medieval tower. Gnosca is a lovely small town with pristine views and a waterfall just a short walk away. We could hear the subtle sound of the water flowing when we were in the back yard. We rented the entire home and enjoyed complete privacy in the back yard. Comfortable beds and linens

Nice house in the quite village of Aranno. Free parking is a 2 min walk away. We enjoyed chilling in the spacious garden in the evening. The two Queen beds are a bit small but can still accommodate 4 people without much difficulty.

Great little cottage with a spectacular view of Lago Maggiore. We didn't think it was too hard too find, the instructions provided where excellent. Great place to be in Nature while still being close to Italy (30 min to Cannobio) and Ascona (15 min) if you want to go out in town. We also highly recommend the hike uo to Pizza Leone if you are staying here, absolutely breathtaking hike and you can start it right from La Pastorella.

Beautiful location in the magical valley. Was absolutely perfect for us as a couple with a car (though well connected with bus too). Very peaceful & perfectly equipped. So wonderful to have a sauna too! It was the escape we needed, highly recommend. Sparkling clean and set up for comfort. Thank you very much!
