Chalet vacation rentals in Locarno District

We had a great stay in Fiesch. Simone is a great Host and was helpful anytime. The house is located close to the train station and gondola station tobte Aletsch glacier. We would like to come back anytime.

It‘s a cosy and quiet house at the edge of the village. The place is not too far up the valley and so even easy to get to by public transportation. For me, it was a perfect fit. Alessandro and Paola were right next door and available. Very friendly hosts!

I spent a weekend here for my birthday and I am so grateful I was able to spend my time there. It was more than I could ask for, awesome.

A lovely chalet with three independent bedrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen. Everything was very clean. Just a few meters away, there is a free public swimming pool and a bouldering hall. The ski lift to Fiescheralp is within walking distance, though carrying boots, skis, and managing kids might make it feel like a bit of a trek. Alternatively, there is a train stop at the resort, which was quite convenient for us. The ski lift is just one stop away. The only drawback is that the chalet has only one bathroom. We were four adults and two children and mornings got a little hectic!

Well-kept and carefully furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable. Everything as described. We will be happy to come back.

Authentically renovated rustic house, where we felt very comfortable even on rainy days. The property is equipped with everything you need. The house warms up quickly with the wood-burning stove and is very comfortable. Hosts Sandro and Petra are extremely helpful. The location in Selma is centrally located in the valley and is a good starting point for hikes or family time on the river. We will be happy to come back.

Maya’s place was our idea of a getaway. You get to connect with the nature and get to experience a bit of the life of the locals. Maya was a super super host; we felt welcomed and right at home. A fantastic chalet, immaculate inside and out. The owner was engaging from the point of entry and responded immediately when we encountered a minor issue. Despite being out the country on holiday, he resolved the issue without delay. 5 star property with a 5 star host.

It is nice to place to stay. We would definitely come back. Child friendly, nice view, good sauna, cosy hause. It might be not easy to bring luggages, as you need to walk up to a hill, but it was not a problem for us.

As a group of 12, we had a wonderful stay. We also had the use of Little Gemsstock which worked very well. The house is well located, close to the Gemsstock chair lift and on the regular ski bus route. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is a lovely space, well furnished and cosy. The host was super responsive and very helpful with tips about Andermatt. Would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic home and host. Very comfortable home for 2 families and very close and easy walk to everything! 20-30 seconds to bus stop… 1-2 minutes to Gemsstock Gondola… 3-4 minutes to cafes/bars/restaurants… 8-10 minutes to train station….

Check-in instructions are clear and precise. Free parking is always available. The house is beautiful, all amenities are available (towels, kitchenware, dishes, condiments). The terrace is well appointed and the sauna is lovely. The surroundings have a lot of activities, both in terms of nightlife and outdoor activities. There were 9 of us, I would highly recommend it.

We spent a wonderful week in Obergesteln and in the apartment Breithorn. The location as well as the size and furnishings of the apartment were great. The three spacious rooms were great to share the apartment with six people. We enjoyed the large and bright living area, from which you have a fantastic view into the valley. Highly recommended and gladly again.
