Two 300-year-old stone houses with original granite roofs — your own little hamlet, a stone's throw from Lavertezzo and the emerald green Verzasca. There is no one else here. Directly behind the houses is the chestnut forest; opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

LOCARNO HOME WITH A VIEW

The bright, airy and stylishly furnished house with stunning views of Locarno and Lake Maggiore offers a lot of privacy. If you like to cook, you will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace also provides comfort on cooler evenings. In addition to relaxation and leisure in the house, the location invites you to hikes and walks. Particularly popular are the cultural events, such as the Jazz Festival Ascona in June, the Moon&Stars in July and the Film Festival Locarno in August.

Wild Valley Rustico Starlight in Valle Onsernone

Up here you leave civilization behind at your own slice of authentic Alpine life. The cabin is at 1075 meters and reachable on foot in 50 minutes from the famous village of Berzona in the stunning Onsernone valley, between Valle Maggia and Centovalli. It's the ideal place for those looking for a combination of isolated nature and rustic living. Don't feel like walking? We'll arrange your helicopter flight for only 180 CHF. An easy 20 minute walk takes you to a refreshing natural pool.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

The pretty, newly created, lovingly furnished studio with kitchen, shower/toilet and private seating as well as parking is located in Minusio near Locarno. It is in a quiet location, and the center of Locarno, as well as the train station and the lake, can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by bus. 2 bus stops are very close by. Historisches Steinhaus Cafe Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Quietly located in the woods, accessible by car, parking available. Simple stone house with running hot water, fully equipped kitchen but no dishwasher and no washing machine. Heating available as needed with gas, an electric stove, or wood. Wi-Fi available, no TV.
