Vacation rentals with a patio in Locarno District

We stayed with our daughters (7 & 3) for 4 nights in the beautiful place. Great view, modern standard - everything was available - great!

It's a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment, with great views of Lake Maggiore. We enjoyed the time very much. Since you can only get to the apartment via steep stairs, you should be well on foot. Climbing stairs keeps you fit!😉 Christoph is a friendly, helpful host. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it.

Modern and well-equipped apartment. We didn't lack anything. Very nice terrace. Uncomplicated check-in and accommodating hosts.

Casa Smeraldo is very nice and cozy. Tastefully furnished, modern and elegant, with more than generous spaces. Super-equipped kitchen. The large covered terrace is a valuable relaxation space. We really appreciated the small comforts (coffee, sugar, salt, detergents, etc.) that facilitate the stay and make the house very welcoming. Congratulations to Davide and the girls for their impeccable management.

Ursula's apartment is in Orselina, above Locarno. The fantastic view invites you to linger on the balcony in daylight and at night 😉 Apartment is a cosy and conveniently furnished. Communication with Ursula was excellent, she was friendly and lightning fast. In the immediate vicinity, it has numerous and beautiful hiking and biking trails. Grottos and restaurants also have some nearby. The small grocery store right next to the apartment has everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

The stay at Marisa's little oasis was wonderful! An absolute dream area in all weather. Enjoyed the beautiful accommodation in the rain, discovered the great area in the sun. The apartment offers a very well equipped kitchen and is lovingly and with a lot of heart. Marisa is an absolutely great host, always easily accessible and present. Thanks for that, we will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable in this vacation home. It is really thought of everything and very comfortable. Space in the sleeping area is limited. However, this did not bother us in the five days, despite the bad weather. We were very happy to stay on the upper floor in the living area. Very nice village. From there you can get everywhere by public transport.

Our stay at Sergio and Nadia's place was great. It is such a beautiful location. The weather was not cooperative while we were there, but they came to the rescue and gave us plenty of good recommendations to help us make the most out of our trip.

Leo was a fine host who provided us with great service. The old Ticino house is romantic and the view of the lake from all windows is wonderful. For 8 it is a bit tight, ideal for 6 people. We especially appreciated that you can travel wonderfully with public transport. Boat, bus and train are close by. The small shop nearby offers everything for everyday use.

The place is splendid. It should be noted that to reach a nearby city, it takes 25 minutes by car. Once we know, we organize ourselves and it goes well. The accommodation is clean with good equipment. The vacation went very well, the children (11, 12 and 14) and the parents were very happy. I would highly recommend and thank Jenny and Yvan for hosting us.

Very nice place! Spacious, two comfortable double beds in the two bedrooms. And the view from the roof terrace is a dream!!! The colorful tiles in the kitchen and bathroom 😅 we have lovingly called the Rustico "Villa kunterbunt" ;)

The apartment is very cozy, loving and furnished with everything necessary. We only had to bring the terry towels ourselves, which was no problem. Everything was very clean, it was quiet and we slept well in the comfortable beds. In the cooler season it took a certain time for the temperature in the apartment to be pleasant. The folder with the information about the apartment and many suggestions for hikes and excursions in the area was very helpful for us. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and very clean. A supermarket is within walking distance. We were unsure about the proximity to the tracks, which was unfounded. You hardly hear anything and at night we could sleep with the window open and didn't hear anything. The garden area and pool are very nice to relax and you have a great view. The hostess was always easily accessible, very friendly and helpful.

We were allowed to spend a few days in a beautifully renovated apartment in Ascona. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the lake, quiet and shops are within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well furnished and the contact with the landlord spotless. I'm sure we'll be back!

Everything went great, clean, super good communication with Ralph. Great indoor swimming pool. a very close bus stop with great connections to Locarno/Ascona/ Tenero. Within walking distance of the lake promenade. Very comfortable beds. Size was just right for us (couple with two small children 4&7). Price/performance good. We would choose the place again.

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

Thank you for the time. The apartment had everything we needed (family with 2 children 10+12 years). Within walking distance of the bus, train and all essential shops. Nice starting point. Had a wonderful time here despite bad weather. The Lido is highly recommended.

We just enjoyed our getaway and the beautiful views, whether from the living room, dining table or pergola. The apartment was lovingly decorated, modern and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was nothing missing. We had rented the covered parking and this was great. Was located directly by the stairs to the apartment and there was still enough space for two e-bikes. Also, the steps to the apartment were very easy to master, even with luggage. Lighted in the evening. Check-in is uncomplicated and Sandra informed us well about everything in advance and at the end. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

A very practically furnished, very well-maintained 2-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location. It is excellent for a few days and is perfect for long mountain walks.
