Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Livorno

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

Lorenza's cottage is delightful, as is the whole village that literally enchanted us. Lorenza's mother was really kind, she booked us dinner in the tiny and beautiful restaurant in Tereglio and left us wood for the fireplace in the living room (which we used in the evening, in those days it was a little cold). We look forward to coming back.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

The location is fantastic, with stunning views of Livorno and Pisa, at sunset it is practically a painting. The location is strategic as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Montepulciano are just a stone's throw away. The accommodation, in a tower of an old medieval castle is definitely out of the ordinary. The garden, spacious and clean, very enjoyable in summer, also set up for the barbecue. Experience really worth recommending!

The beautiful fox house completely surpassed our expectations. It was spacious, cozy, sparkling clean and a really beautiful place in the middle of nature. Betty & Roberto were super nice and helpful and every morning we were surprised with a delicious breakfast. It was an amazing and unique experience! Thank you for this 🙏🏻

Lovely apartment in a villa, independent entrance and garden, maximum privacy guaranteed in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc., are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

Very clean Airbnb, the host left us with a bottle of wine and brownies for our arrival which was very thoughtful. The Tuscan views from the bnb was very nice.

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Tuscan countryside and with a small garden ideal for breakfast or relaxing. Inside there is also the space for the car that is really comfortable for. The house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and truly with lots of utensils to use the kitchen. Alberto was really very kind and welcoming and if you need him, he responds right away. This destination is ideal for visiting all the villages and cities in the countryside and the restaurant nearby is divine. Unparalleled value for us.

Top location, with excellent amenities. The view is stunning and a big plus for the private cooking class! Don't hesitate, just book.

Myself and my husband had an amazing stay at Emiliano’s home. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in , we didn’t want for anything the house was fully equipped, the view from the terrace was outstanding . Quercinella is a beautiful village right beside the sea , which is just a small 10 minute walk from the house . Emiliano and Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations and lots of information which helped us a lot . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb . We hope to stay there again in the near future . We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, ground floor with outside covered terrace, so with the weather a little unpredictable this was great to still be able to access the outdoor space even during a storm! The apartment was tastefully decorated with everything we needed for our week stay, the kitchen space was well equipped and the lounge and bedroom both had French doors leading to the covered terrace. The bed was comfortable, and the shower efficient. We were given some info and tips on places to visit and trips to make which was really helpful. Guilia was a great host who we saw on several occasions and she was keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, even apologising for the weather! The location of the apartment is wonderful, situated just along from the river, in walking distance to the station on the other side of the river and to attractions there and also from the apartment in the other direction, a short walk to The Leaning Tower and other sites - would recommend

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

Alessandro is an extremely pleasant host who entrusts his apartment to you without reservation. It is wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Restaurant and cafes are within walking distance, ice cream and pizza just opposite the church should definitely be tried.

Every corner of this house tells a story, you feel spoiled by the design and comfort, it won't take long until you'll feel like home. Easy to discover the surroundings (seaside, Pisa and Lucca are at 30 min, Firenze at 40 min, Montecarlo, Vinci, Collodi - nearer), Gaia will give you local tips and will help you with everything. Highly recommended for medium and long stays.

We could leave our luggage bevor check-in and check-out. The room was clean, nice designed and decorated, well equipped with everything we needed. The location is peaceful and walkable from the center, from the airport and train station. Thank you again!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!
