Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Livorno

We had a wonderful holiday in the house in a group of 12 people. Giulia and her father were very attentive and were always taking care that everything is perfect for us. The area is very nice, as well as the apartments and especially the pool we found stunning! Giulia is super friendly and was very accommodating with several things. We are very grateful for the wonderful time and can only recommend the place!

We had a fantastic stay in Montecatini. The apartment was more spacious than we thought it would be. Spotlessly clean, with all the useful things you need when you go away. The kitchen even had salt, pepper, olive oil and wine vinegar! We only brought hand luggage, so being able to use the washing machine and shampoo made our stay feel more homely. The beds were super comfy too. The hosts were great at responding to our questions. On arrival in Pisa, there was a rail and public transport strike, which left us stuck. Luckily the hosts were quick to message us a taxi number to pick us up from where the nearest bus could get us. Great location within the town, only a 2 minute walk to the train station and a well stocked mini supermarket. It was about 20 minute walk to the funicular railway. We also went to La Villa Resort (20 mins walk) which was 10 euro each to use the pool. A must with our two boys! Thank you to Rebecca, Paula, Fabio and team. We've had a wonderful time. 😊

We felt very comfortable. The location of the accommodation is great, you have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Certaldo and a supermarket are 7 minutes away by car (which you also need here!) The room was large enough for 2 people and everything you need was there. A bonus is the pool and the other options such as table tennis, billiards or the gym. We would definitely come back and had a great time!

Beautiful apartment steps from a sea beach. Spotless clean. Silvia responds quickly and always helped us with all the questions. They also have detailed written instructions for everything in case you forget something. We rented a car to drive around and were pleased to return home after long days.

What a fantastic place to stay. We loved the peaceful location and the host was great. We travelled into Florence (within 90 mins drive) to see Michelangelo's david and Pisa is around 60 minutes away. Coming back to this venue from the city is an absolute dream. The local area is also beautiful and villages around the venue are well worth exploring. Will definitely look to book venue again if travelling to this part of the world.

Excellent structure. Really comfortable and impeccably clean house. Large bathroom with window. Beautiful bedroom. Very comfortable beds (even for 4 people). The living room and kitchen are also spacious. Super-equipped kitchen, nothing is really missing. A kit with breakfast and water is also provided. There is also coffee, salt, and oil. You can also enjoy a nice porch and outdoor area. Strategic location in a quiet place with the possibility of reaching all the attractions of the area in a short time. Parking inside the property's garden. There are also modern and well-maintained bicycles. Very friendly and always responsive host. He was able to satisfy all our needs, always with a smile. He also gave us great tips on places to eat or visit. In short, without exaggerating, I can say that it is highly recommended.

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

Super relaxing vacation with everything very comfortable and helpful and friendly staff.

Apartment away from the road, very quiet, well equipped. The cooking gas had run out and they intervened in 15 minutes from the call. Fair price, lots of availability from the owner, person we found exquisite. Such a central location that we did not use the car from arrival to departure! 200 meters from the apartment begins a pine forest that accompanies you throughout the village of Marina di Cecina and up to 10 km of free beaches with paths totally in the shade of the pine forest, you are never in the sun as you walk… Unique, never seen before, highly recommended for families with children! The perfect vacation!

Thanks to the host for their kindness. municipal swimming pool 2 minutes' walk away (swim caps mandatory). the tram to go to Florence is a 10-minute drive, it will cost you 0.30 euros for the highway to get there. parking is 7 euros if you stay there for more than 10 hours. tram tickets are 1.70 euros one way. but it's a great way to get to Florence, about 30 minutes from the villa. trams leave around every 6/7 minutes, until 11:30 p.m. Thanks to the host for his advice. The garage for the car is a plus. We even got a very good cake from the host on the last day. Thank you

I never leave comments for hotels and restaurants, but this experience deserves a few minutes to underline the commitment and availability of Mauro and Davide, exquisite and extremely kind people. They even invited us one night to let us see the game on TV. Trust me with your eyes closed, a top-notch experience and environment. Thanks again for your exceptional hospitality.

Although initially it was not clear to me from the publication that it was a shared apartment with other guests, this was not a problem. The place is very well-equipped, excellent cleanliness. I just didn't like the bed, which was not very comfortable.

Valentina is a warm and warm host. Meeting her immediately brought us to a nice atmosphere of Tuscan hospitality. The house is beautifully and quietly located equipped with everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday.

it was just like being at home, but at the seaside!! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and really equipped with anything, the location is amazing!! Once you cross the road you are on the promenade and on foot you can easily get everywhere. I have two small children and in the apartment I found all the comforts for them too... dishes, cot, sheets etc... also the communication with Agnese, Davide's co-host, was really always responsive, very friendly and helpful to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Monthly stay with wife and young child very successful. The apartment is well located, in a quiet area, on the river, the location allows you to explore the northern part of Tuscany. Everywhere about an hour away by car or train. The apartment is clean, well and practically equipped, the Internet allows you to work remotely. The host is very contactable and quick to help when in doubt.

Cozy, well-furnished house with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even bad weather days spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

This is a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. It is well located to visit the ocean, the old city of Lucca, and many other areas around Lucca. Serena and her family are wonderful hosts.

We stayed at Patricia's beautiful property which is a lovely old farmhouse, set in a peaceful countryside location but which is walkable to a town with shops, bars and a restaurant. The property has plenty of space and is filled with character. There was pleasant outside seating, a bbq with additional seating area, pool, gardens and off road parking. Patrizia was very helpful and kind and always on hand/email to answer any questions. The property was good value and we would be very happy to return to the property again.

Our stay at Veronica's was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of 5 friends in Tuscany for a local wedding. The villa was exactly what we needed, quiet, clean excellent views and a great hot tub. Veronica was extremely friendly, helpful and only a quick message away if we had any questions or concerns. During our stay we were offered for a private chef to come to the villa to cook for us. We chose the Tuscano menu which was delicious! Roberto and Lorena cooked us a feast which lasted for days! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for something easy one night. We hired a car during our stay which made it easy to get about. The surrounding roads were a bit hit and miss in terms of width, traffic and gravel, but we managed!
