Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Livorno

Wir hatten in einer Gruppe von 12 Leuten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus. Giulia und ihr Vater waren sehr aufmerksam und haben sich immer darum gekümmert, dass alles für uns perfekt ist. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, sowie die Apartments und vor allem den Pool fanden wir umwerfend! Giulia ist super freundlich und ist uns in mehreren Dingen sehr entgegen gekommen. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll, man hat einen schönen Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Certaldo und ein Supermarkt sind 7 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt (was man hier aber auch braucht!) Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Bonus ist der Pool und die anderen Möglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Billard oder das Gym. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und hatten eine super Zeit!

Ottimo struttura. Casa veramente comoda e pulita in modo impeccabile. Bagno grande con finestra. Bella camera da letto . Letti molto comodi (anche per 4 persone). Ampie anche sala e cucina. Cucina super attrezzata non manca veramente nulla. Fornito anche un kit con colazione e acqua. Presenti anche caffè sale e olio. Si può godere anche di un bel portico e zona per stare all'aperto. Posizione strategica in luogo tranquillo con possibilità di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della zona in pochissimo tempo. Parcheggio all'interno del giardino della struttura. Presenti anche biciclette moderne e ben tenute. Host molto gentile e sempre reattivo. Ha saputo accontentare ogni nostra esigenza sempre con il sorriso. Ci ha inoltre dato ottimi consigli su posti dove mangiare o da visitare. Insomma senza esagerare posso dire proprio consigliatissimo.

Cristiana e Marcello sono realmente due superhost, gentilissimi, sempre disponibile e velocissimi nel fornire preziosissime informazioni. La casa è perfetta sia per la sua localizzazione, sia per gli accessori di cui l'hanno dotata. Non manca niente e la sensazione è veramente quella di essere a casa propria. Ottima per viaggiare con bambini, anche piccoli, sempre grazie alla cura e alla precisione dei proprietari di casa. Zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima a tutto quello che può essere utile in vacanza (servizi e ristoranti). Super consigliato.

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wunderschöne Anlage mit grossem Garten/Pool und super Lage für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung mit dem Auto (u.a. San Gimignano, Florenz, Siena) sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants in der Umgebung (z.B. in San Gimignano). Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und mit dem Nötigsten für einige Tage Aufenthalt ausgestattet (auch Küche, Bad). Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Weiteres empfehlen. Einziger Punkt: hat man das Appartement im Haus des Gastgebers gebucht, muss man die Ringhörigkeit des Hauses (auch mitten in der Nacht) akzeptieren können.

Nous avons passé de très beaux moments dans un cadre paradisiaque ! Notre hôte était à l'écoute et avenante. Nous reviendrons dès que possible !

Top verblijf gehad. Alles was netjes schoon en het appartement was rustig gelegen. Wij hadden wel een auto gehuurd en dit is hier ook wel aan te raden. Locatie lag centraal waardoor Florance, Lucca , Pisa goed te bereiken waren met auto. Gastheer heeft voor ons de eerste avond een reservering gemaakt bij een restaurant omdat we later aankwamen dan verwacht.

Appartamento spazioso è super pulito in una ex scuola dal grande fascino. Zona bellissima e super tranquilla, host gentilissimi compresi il cane Felix e gli splendidi mici. Consigliato

Vacanza super rilassante con tutto comodissimo e personale disponibile e cordiale.

Appartamento lontano dalla strada, molto silenzioso, ben attrezzato. Era finito il gas per cucinare e sono intervenuti in 15 minuti dalla chiamata. Prezzo onesto, moltissima disponibilità del proprietario, persona che abbiamo trovato squisita. Posizione talmente centrale che non abbiamo usato l’auto dall’arrivo alla partenza! A 200 metri dall’appartamento comincia una pineta che ti accompagna per tutto il paese di Marina di Cecina e fino a 10 km di spiagge libere con percorsi totalmente all’ombra della pineta, non sei mai al sole mentre cammini… Unico, mai visto prima, consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini! La vacanza perfetta!

merci à l'hôte pour sa gentillesse. piscine municipale à 2 minutes à pieds (bonnets de bains obligatoires). le tramway pour aller à Florence est à 10 minutes en voiture, il vous en coûtera 0,30 euros d'autoroute pour y allez. le parking est à 7 euros si vous y restez entre plus de 10 heures. les tickets de tramway sont à 1,70 euros l'aller. mais s'est un super moyen de transport pour aller sur Florence, environs 30 minutes depuis la villa. les tramway partent environs toutes le 6/7 minutes, jusqu'à 23h30. merci à l'hôte pour ses conseils. le garage pour la voiture est un plus. nous avons même eu droit à un très bon gâteau de l'hôte le dernier jour. merci

Non lascio mai commenti per hotel e ristoranti, ma questa esperienza merita qualche minuto per sottolineare l’impegno e la disponibilità di Mauro e Davide, persone squisite e oltremodo gentili. Addirittura ci hanno invitato una sera per permetterci di vedere la partita in tv. Fidatevi a occhi chiusi, un’esperienza ed un ambiente al top. Grazie ancora per l’eccezionale ospitalità.

Valentina is een warme en hartelijke gastvrouw. Haar ontmoeten bracht ons direct in een fijne sfeer van Toscaanse gastvrijheid. De woning is prachtig en rustig gelegen voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne ontspannende vakantie.

è stato proprio come essere a casa, ma al mare!!l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ed accessoriato veramente di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione strepitosa!!una volta attraversata la strada si è sulla passeggiata e a piedi si può comodamente arrivare dappertutto. Io ho due bimbi piccoli e nell'appartamento ho trovato tutti i confort anche per loro...stoviglie, lettino,lenzuola ecc...inoltre la comunicazione con Agnese, co host di Davide, è stata davvero sempre reattiva, molto amichevole e utile a goderci al massimo il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Monthly stay with wife and young child very successful. The apartment is well located, in a quiet area, on the river, the location allows you to explore the northern part of Tuscany. Everywhere about an hour away by car or train. The apartment is clean, well and practically equipped, the Internet allows you to work remotely. The host is very contactable and quick to help when in doubt.

Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Einzellage ist sehr idyllisch mit sagenhaftem Ausblick ins Tal und über die Olivenbäume. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet( Küche alles was man sich vorstellen kann, zusätzlicher Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine +Trockner…) man hat gemerkt, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird und deshalb auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert war. Der Stil sehr gemütlich. Betten sehr bequem, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Vom Pizzaofen waren wir sehr begeistert, ebenso vom Pool. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit am Haus aufgrund der Hitze und der doch sehr steilen Auffahrt (geschotterter Weg, teils ausgespült, zwei scharfe Spitzkehren). Ein Auto für Unternehmungen und Einkäufe ist ein Muss.

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! We stayed at Patricia's beautiful property which is a lovely old farmhouse, set in a peaceful countryside location but which is walkable to a town with shops, bars and a restaurant. The property has plenty of space and is filled with character. There was pleasant outside seating, a bbq with additional seating area, pool, gardens and off road parking. Patrizia was very helpful and kind and always on hand/email to answer any questions. The property was good value and we would be very happy to return to the property again.

Our stay at Veronica's was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of 5 friends in Tuscany for a local wedding. The villa was exactly what we needed, quiet, clean excellent views and a great hot tub. Veronica was extremely friendly, helpful and only a quick message away if we had any questions or concerns. During our stay we were offered for a private chef to come to the villa to cook for us. We chose the Tuscano menu which was delicious! Roberto and Lorena cooked us a feast which lasted for days! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for something easy one night. We hired a car during our stay which made it easy to get about. The surrounding roads were a bit hit and miss in terms of width, traffic and gravel, but we managed!

Der Aufenthalt bei Pamela war super, alles hat gut gepasst und Pamela war sehr flexibel und freundlich. Der Innenhof hat uns besonders gefallen.
