The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

In Livorno, Casa Insmout

In the historic district of Venezia Nuova, which was created according to a Medici project entrusted to the architect Bernardo Buontalenti at the end of the 16th century. Casa Insmout is a property under the protection of the Fine Arts, dedicated to Grand Duke Pietro Leopoldo, and consists of an eat-in kitchen, a study, and two bedrooms, one of which is in the loft, with adjoining bathrooms and fans in each room. Livorno, with its sea, is the ideal place to stay for Tuscany, the islands of its Archipelago, and to reach Sardinia and Corsica.

Independent rustic house 800 meters from the sea with a large garden in a residential area. Parking spaces included. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.

Small apartment: central and near the sea.

The listing is located in a fairly central area and close to the sea. In fact, you can easily reach both destinations on foot. Also a few minutes away you will find the "Venezia" district where you can enjoy typical restaurants and taste all the specialties of Tuscan cuisine. Same thing for the famous Terrazza Mascagni, which is steps away. The listing is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Very bright environment, air conditioners, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV + console.

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. Quiet apartment in the heart of the historic center called the Venice for the presence of numerous canals. Located on one of the oldest streets in the city, it is on the second and top floor of a recently renovated historic building. Arranged on two levels, the upper part has three large skylights overlooking the wonderful sky of Livorno. A stone's throw from all the nightclubs and the port but very quiet thanks to its location inside the building.

Carla's house is 100 sq.m with two big bedrooms, a bathroom, a nice and brilliant living room and a built-in kitchen. It's situated in Livorno a short walk from the city center and the seafront. The neighborhood is very vibrant and comfotable with two supermarket nearby, lounge bars,restaurants and two public parks equipped, ideal for childrends. In Carla's house there is also the possibility to have an italian dinner or lunch on request.
