Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Livorno

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Miruna hat uns herzlich empfangen und direkt vor Ort alles gezeigt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Das absolute Highlight ist der traumhafte Blick von der schönen Terrasse. Der Pool ist schön groß, toll angelegt, dort lässt es sich gut aushalten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, urig, zum wohlfühlen. Besonders war, dass wirklich alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, wie Kaffee, Süßigkeiten, Nudeln, Wein, Öl, Duschbad, Pflaster etc. vorhanden waren. Die Lage ist für Tagesausflüge ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke dafür.

We hebben een week doorgebracht in het huis van Stella en Tessa. Het is een sfeervol en authentiek ingericht appartement. Het ligt tussen de bergen omringd door olijfbomen maar steden zoals Lucca en Florence liggen niet ver weg. Het huis was heel schoon en lekker koel bij warme temperaturen. Er is voldoende schaduw rondom het huis. We hebben een kookles bij Stella gevolgd, dit was leerzaam en heel gezellig. Stella bedankt voor je vriendelijkheid, de heerlijke Italiaanse gerechten en je tips over de omgeving. Groeten, Margret en Toin

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

Het prachtige vossen huis overtrof onze verwachtingen volledig. Het was ruim opgezet, knus, brandschoon en een echt prachtige plek midden in de natuur. Betty & Roberto waren super aardig en behulpzaam en elke morgen werden we verrast met een heerlijk ontbijtje. Het was een geweldige en unieke ervaring! Dankjewel hiervoor 🙏🏻

The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

Unsere Unterkunft in Calambrone bei Christine war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten das große Glück, diese schöne Wohnung für fünf Nächte gefunden zu haben. Christine war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Sie hat extra auf uns gewartet und uns bei der Ankunft alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Die Lage der Wohnung – und des Ortes insgesamt – ist zentral. Man erreicht alles schnell. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht, und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten – wirklich ideal! Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher über Airbnb gebucht haben. Auch der Abschied war herzlich – Christine hat uns persönlich verabschiedet. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wieder einmal bei Christine wohnen zu dürfen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank, Christine! Wir wünschen dir alles erdenklich Gute.

Superbe appartement très fonctionnel situé dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques minutes à pied des commerces de proximité et de restaurants. Les belles plages libres sauvages le long de la pinède de Marina di Cecina sont accessibles en voiture en 10 minutes. Nous avons été gentillement accueillis par les parents de Marco et celui-ci a été extrêmement disponible et réactif lors de notre séjour. Une adresse que nous retenons dans nos favorites et recommandons sans hésitation.

Comunicaçao prefeita, eles deram instruir muito claras e sempre responderam muito rapido! Apartamento tao bom quanto aparece nas fotos, totalmente reformado, moderno e confortável por dentro, com boas janelas duplas e calefação que deve funcionar bem no inverno. Agua bem quente e com boa pressão. Cozinha bem equipada, com os essenciais para quem quer cozinhar, alem de termos sido muito bem recebidos com alguns pães e doces locais! Cidade super tranquila, com bela vista da natureza, um restaurante muito gostoso ha poucos passos da propriedade (Alle Pieve) e um mercadinho com tudo q vc precisa tambem muito proximo! Esperamos voltar!

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 7 notti. La vista è spettacolare, affacciata sulla campagna toscana e con un piccolo giardino ideale per fare colazione o rilassarsi. Dentro c'è anche lo spazio per la macchina per cui è veramente comodo. L'abitazione impeccabile in termine di pulizia e veramente con tantissimi utensili per utilizzare la cucina. Alberto è stato veramente molto gentile e accogliente e se avete bisogno di lui risponde subito. Questa meta è ideale per visitare tutti i borghi e le città in campagna e il ristorante vicino è divino. Rapporto qualità prezzo per noi impareggiabile.

Top locatie, met prima voorzieningen. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een dikke plus voor de privé kookles! Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken.

Great place to stay. I would highly recommend it. The only reason I gave four stars for location was the difficulty in getting a taxi or uber into the old town. If not for having our own car we probably would not have gotten there. Not Fabrizia’s fault by any means. Just thought one should be aware. The place was perfect for us and our itinerary.

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

Giulia’s place was perfect for us. 15 walk from the train station and 15 walk to the tower. Giulia sent us a list of restaurants recommendations and different activities to do whilst we were there. She even stopped by to check how we were getting on. Only thing is there is quite a lot of noise from above but this was mentioned in the booking so was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Pietro is a wonderful host. Collected us from the Airport , arranged a taxi when we left. gave lots of useful recommendations. the apartment was super clean and comfortable. It's on a busy road, so don't expect it to be quiet! Great views from the outdoor seating balcony space. we had a great time in Pisa 😁

Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni in due famiglie presso questa abitazione. Gaia ci ha accolto con cordialità ed è stata gentilissima nel soddisfare le nostre richieste e al meglio. I bimbi si sono divertiti moltissimo usufruendo anche del giardino e hanno trovato ampi spazi per giocare e divertirsi. La zona è molto tranquilla, ma si raggiungono facilmente il Parco di Pinocchio a Collodi che è vicinissimo e lo zoo di Pistoia. Ci si sposta bene a piedi verso il paese, che è piccolo, ma accogliente.

Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville touristique et proche de la tour. Niché dans un vieil immeuble typique de la vieille ville, ce 2 pièces a été rénové en gardant le style local. On apprécie la grande hauteur sous plafond, la grande chambre, les beaux matériaux de rénovation comme ces portes en bois massif , les encadrures de porte laissées rondes comme à l'origine avec un vitrail pour jointer avec la porte, la cuisine très bien équipée et le jardin mignon avec terrasse et tonnelle en chèvrefeuille pour manger à l'ombre. Enfin, la touche "style industrie" avec les poutres en acier se marie bien avec l'ensemble. Bravo Lucas pour cette belle restauration ! Tout commerce et restaurants à 2 pas. Rue très peu passante et fenêtre double vitrage bien isolante. Enfin, Lucas est très prévenant pour tout expliquer.

It was one of the amazing stays in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Thank you, Pauline, for being such a responsive and nice host! She gave us clear instructions, very good restaurant recommendations. We could leave our luggage bevor check-in and check-out. The room was clean, nice designed and decorated, well equipped with everything we needed. The location is peaceful and walkable from the center, from the airport and train station. Thank you again!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Können wir absolut empfehlen ! Ist alles so wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Foto´s zu sehen. Liegt ca 2 km außerhalb vom total schnuckeligen Örtchen Casole de Elsa. Von Andrea + Barbara gab´s alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise und viele tolle Tipps vor Ort, immer mit den dazugehörigen Links. Zum Beispiel verzögerte sich unsere Anreise verkehrsbedingt auf ca. 22:15 Uhr. War kein Problem, wir standen in Kontakt und als wir ankamen, hat uns Andrea persönlich in Empfang genommen. Und wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, kam immer sehr zügig eine Antwort. (Wo man in Siena am Besten parken kann, wie gelangt man am Besten nach Florenz, ...)
