Very good apartment. Ideal to cover all kinds of needs if you want to be in the Zapillo with a desire for the beach throughout the day. I recommend it ;)

It was a very nice experience, Sandra was very attentive always and was super friendly, her husband was also very friendly and respectful, the arrival at the Airbnb was easy, without any complications. Upon entering the apartment everything was very clean and tidy, we were very comfortable with my family and we could enjoy as it was deserved, I would definitely stay here again, thank you very much Sandra for the attention provided.

The house was wonderful! It was great located and had a very nice view to the sea. The apartment was spotless and Candida was very helpful at all times. I would definitely repeat!!

A gorgeous little beach apartment with fantastic views! Everything was very clean and tidy and Miguel’s partner Ángela was very helpful in providing the keys and access. This was the perfect relaxing spot for a long weekend! The restaurants are all 5 min walk too, great location!

The apt is really luxurious and much bigger than the photos look. Super clean and really comfortable. Great big TV's. Lots of wardrobes. Very sound proof between the rooms. Great having a kitchen to sit in. Very close to the local massive swimming pool, little parks, hills, seaside, shops and restaurant all walkable in 5mins. I felt very secure here. Lovely safe area with lots of families and schools around but not noisy. Wonderful big dining table. It's so nice I bought a table cloth to protect it. All facilities are of a hich standard the frodge looks brand new. Heating worked well and there's lot's of cosy blankets. I will miss the comfortable sofas. We stayed a month and I would stay here again if I could. Thanks again

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

Fini's accommodation is very comfortable, the living room is spacious and the little ones have space to play. The attention on your part has been fantastic and so was the communication. Overall I highly recommend if you want to have a great time with family and friends.

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. The air conditioning was vital for these hot days. The residential complex is very quiet, the pool is open until midnight and there is a Mercadona supermarket about 200 meters away. We'll be back on our next visit to Vera Playa.

Modern, aesthetic and cozy accommodation. The host's attention is 10. A/C in every room, the beds are not made upon arrival (you are provided with sheets and towels). Lack of privacy with the neighboring apartment (terrace).

Lovely apartment in lovely alley just a few steps from square. Ana was the perfect host - didn’t need to contact her as no problems but bumped into her a couple of times around town.

Antonio is a host of 10, very attentive, pleasant and very helpful. The house is spacious, perfect for groups and large families.

the house is located right on the shore which was perfect ....plenty of shops / restaurants within easy walking distance .....overall we (3) were all very happy with our stay at Luisa's ....

It's been an amazing few days! We felt right at home. The place was even better than the pictures. Everything was super clean, comfortable and cozy! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathrooms are really nice and practical. I would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool. ❤️ Even so, we were very comfortable with the heating and the autumn atmosphere. A 10!

Nice and big place to stay. Convenient that the host provides with linen and towels. Lovely communal pool. Good garage. There are a lot of great restaurants in Almeria.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

Marie's accommodation is perfect. The location is peaceful and well maintained. There is an allocated parking space under cover. The apartment has everything you require and more besides. The kitchen has good quality appliances, plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery and many kitchen gadgets. The bedrooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds with plenty of bedding available and good wardrobe space. The bathroom has a very large shower cubicle and again there are lots of towels. The lounge has 2 comfortable chairs and a settee. Outside are 2 balconies with 3 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and 3 clothes airers. The wifi worked well. The swimming pool was a good size and there were several sun loungers available to use around it. The beach of Vera Playa is a few minutes walk. There is also a good supermarket, Consum, and several shops and bars nearby. Marie was easily contacted and I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

This was an amazing find, spectacular apartment and facilities with the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants etc. Joe, Tatania & Yuri were amazing and we cannot fault the service they gave us from booking to departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, whilst there was a slight smell of smoke from previous tenants who broke the rules, Joe was extremely apologetic but this in no way impacted our stay. We didn't want to leave this little piece of heaven and will definitely be back, in fact I'm already looking at going back there next month if it's available.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

Cozy, quiet and highly recommended, our stay in Rincón de los Albaricoques. I went with my partner last minute after a frustrated rental and Mari Carmen had the place ready just a few hours after I booked it. It's a luxury to be able to enjoy the tranquility of the Cabo de Gata countryside, having the beach so close and hosts who make it so easy for you. We hope to be able to repeat the experience again soon.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy little apartment! The location is perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and the town center, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and relaxing by the sea. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It really feels like a home away from home. The host was also very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach getaway.

Great stay at Silvia's! We were warmly welcomed despite the late hour! Silvia was able to adapt to our unforeseen events and we thank her very much. A clean apartment, carefully decorated and very well equipped in a quiet and well-maintained residence. I would 100% recommend this place.
