Vacation rentals with a patio in Las Negras

We stayed 7 nights. The apartment has exceeded our expectations. Really everything is available and well maintained. Attention has been paid to the smallest details. Daniel waited for us and showed us around the apartment. He is friendly, helpful and always available and responds immediately to messages. The location is great because you are on the outskirts of the city and on the one hand you are on the highway quite quickly and on the other hand you are a 15-minute walk from the beach. The old town is about 35 minutes' walk. As Daniel described in his advertisement, the indoor underground garage is only suitable for a small car. We have a Citroën Picasso C4 and it is too large. But this is not a problem because there is always free parking in the neighborhood. We have always been able to park the car across the street from the apartment on the main street. Absolutely beautiful house and garden. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this house served us very well for lazing in the garden and dipping in the pool. We didn’t want to hire a car but were able to walk into Turre easily and we found a taxi service to bring us back after trips to the supermarket and also for going out in the evenings for dinner. We would then sit outside on the comfy sofa and play cards. Plenty of restaurants in Turre and lots more in Mojacar village which is very pretty with stunning views. Elaine who manages the property was lovely and on hand if we needed her. She sent us lots of information about the area and also sent a link for the airport shuttle service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property. Thank you Cheryl and Elaine

The apartment "Casa de Valtravieso" is part of a larger house with three apartments. The apartment we stayed in is on the raised ground floor with a large deck on the south side and a patio with seating on the north side - this patio adjoins the bedroom. We rented the apartment for a month (March 2025). Especially given the off peak season dates, the price for this rental and its value was really good value. The house is older, renovated in the last two years. Antonio is a nice person, he was there even when we arrived. After that we met several times during our stay and always spoke informally at least for a while. On our arrival, I also asked Antonio if he had an older work desk to create a small workspace for a laptop. He provided us with a table, that was very convenient for us. There was no dining table in the interior prior to our stay - in a warmer time it is assumed that you are eating on the terrace. Before our arrival, Antonio got a new dining table in the dining room as well. Our stay was great and we definitely recommend the place!

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

I would definitely repeat, an incredible host, I facilitated all the directions, the super cozy house and we found tranquility in the urbanization as an activity in nearby areas. a 10 falls short. Thank You Susana

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

Carmen is a lovely host, she was always attentive to us. On the day of check-in we were quite late, however he was there for us until 2 am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

lovely apartment. Had a little problem finding it but this was a google maps issue and not the hosts. Very clean and large smart TV not a tiny one you sometimes get at other places. Towels were of excellant quality. Overall a great place, accurately described, Thank you.
