Apartment vacation rentals in Las Negras

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

We were looking for a place near the beach for a extended weekend get away, the apartments location is fantastic, right on the beach boulevard, with plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes right on the door step, Lien was incredibly helpful, gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and was flexible in both check in and check out. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on visiting again in the near future!

A perfect experience from start to finish. The apartment exceeded all our expectations: clean, cozy, very well-equipped and in an unbeatable location. It was clear that every detail was designed to make guests feel at home. But the best, without a doubt, was Isabel. A 10-star host: attentive, friendly and always willing to help with a smile. Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular ocean views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

We felt at home. The apartment is super cozy with everything you need to cook and live a very comfortable few days. La isleta enamora, it is a beautiful and relaxing village, with a measured and responsible tourism, of those places that unfortunately are almost there. Valvanuz and Antonio are very kind and helpful at all times.

This beautiful house with great roof terrace is not only close to the beach of San José, also around the corner is a small but complete supermarket, you can have breakfast or a drink around the corner. You can easily park the car on the street nearby. San José has nice restaurants and other amenities. And from here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. And about the house itself: it is decorated with care and attention. One very nice place to be.

Quiet place to disconnect for a few days, the host was very attentive and the apartment had all the amenities advertised, the kitchen was very complete.

The apartment is nice and has spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. A 10 for cleanliness. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. They answered our questions and offered us all kinds of suggestions. They were really helpful. We fell in love with the area and the house. We'll be back!

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I've never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you're not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. The apartment is right on San José beach. There are restaurants almost at the foot of the apartment and a cafeteria just below where we had a great breakfast. It is located in the center of the tourist area of San José and has a wonderful terrace where you can go out in the morning and it gives you sun and great views. It takes just 5 minutes to get to San José beach because it's right next to the place. The apartment is very clean, with all the amenities. The coordination to get there was very good. Maria waited for us to give us the keys and the garage remote, which was the best because we didn't have any parking problems. It is a highly recommended apartment for those looking for comfort, tranquility, rest, beach and a little good food, ice cream parlors, shops, etc. 100% recommended.

We enjoyed Felipe's well positioned property very much. The high quality furnishings, bed linen, excellent and spacious power showers make a comfortable and spacious holiday home. We also appreciated the excellent communication with Felipe and his mother Lourdes (who lives below) who was ready to help with any questions. Parking the car is also very easy. Felipe provided very useful tips for beaches, restaurants and places to visit which we also enjoyed. As a 60+ and 70+ couple we did not have a problem at all with the short hill to the property - the sea and Carboneras views made it worthwhile. We recommend Felipe's apartment.

It is the fourth time we go to the accommodation, unbeatable location, next to the beach and the main square, spectacular terrace and Betty always attentive to the needs. To say something negative, there is no good acoustic insulation, but at the time that we go there is usually not much night time jaleo.

We are a group of 3 friends who were looking for a weekend of disconnection and relaxation. We found Inés's house by pure chance and I must say that it was the best place we could have chosen. The house is beautiful, full of the necessary details to make the stay much better. Towels, shampoo and shower soap, coffee and even a parchis that entertained us for several hours. The beach is just a 2-minute walk and is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen and has several restaurants just a 5-minute walk away. Inés's house was undoubtedly the best place to spend a weekend that we won't forget. We'll be back for sure!

Laura's accommodation is very nice with a view of the sea and the mountains. Very clean and quiet residence and neighborhood. Being French, Laura sent us the places and centers of interest to prepare for our stay which was wonderful!!...

It was a very nice stay, quiet area. the house was in perfect condition, kitchen utensils and various utensils. The only sticks for saying something that the sandy beach, big and good had to go by car to Vera, when going with Niña and being stone was very uncomfortable for us.

The apartment is ideal for two people. It is very well equipped, it lacks nothing. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, and although the jacuzzi had cold water, it was still an unbeatable experience. The area is quiet, with bars and restaurants nearby, which makes it very comfortable. Luigi was a very attentive host at all times. We would do it again without hesitation!

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. magical place, very quiet residence, you can stay there for days, the view from the terrace is absolutely magnificent especially at night, the apartment is great, very well equipped and lacks nothing. Cesar is very kind, responds quickly to any questions we have, he is also a good advisor. this place is simply magical, we will definitely come back.
