Waterfront vacation rentals in Las Negras

Thankfully surprised with the Accommodation that has everything you need, but what made the stay more pleasant was Paola's good attention. From minute one was attentive. It was super flexible on the issue of entry and exit so, I can only thank you for the kindness and good treatment. 100% recommended

Had a wonderful relaxing vacation! We wanted for nothing, scrupulously clean,home from home. The roof terrace was a definite plus. Hopefully we plan on returning! Thank you both Carlos, Maria. 🥂

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean; the kitchen equipment was a little too basic: the dishes were missing and the only pot was showing signs of the time. The convenient location, but a little off-center, so it was possible to reach the main tourist destinations of the city, but there was a half-hour walk. Being there in April, with a certain constancy there was parking, but I think in high season it is a nightmare (but this is not a problem with the accommodation, but Almería)

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. The Apartment was beautiful and right by the Beach. It was very clean and amazing Place! The Host was very forthcoming and gave recommendations for restaurants etc.

What can I say. An amazing place for us to stay with our dogs. Very flexible check in and check out. The host was very helpful indeed and made our stay very welcome. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and the location is very pieceful. Highly recommended and we will definatley come and stay here again.

Very nicely located apartment. Nicely decorated but basic. In the area you can walk beautifully and we ate deliciously there (for that you have to drive at least 15 minutes).

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

We had a great weekend. Communication with Arantza easy and with clear instructions (even with videos) The cleanliness was great, everything was perfect. The apartment is quite comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days. The rooftop, although unfurnished is ideal to see the stars on a clear night, in fact we were until midnight enjoying them in the silence of the night, a wonder. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the beach and the town square with variety for lunch and breakfast. Despite being downtown, there is a free public parking just a few meters from the apartment in which we have always found space

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

Rosa was a great host and the accommodation was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing. Mojacar itself is a fantastic town with great bars and restaurants. Garrucha which is a 30 minute walk and is a town full of great tapas bars. To sum it up Mojacar is a great place to have a holiday.

A very nice quiet location with lots of greenery. The house is relatively new, super clean and equipped with all the comforts. Even a swimming pool within the complex. The communication with Maria went very smoothly and quickly. A very positive experience and definitely recommended.

We had a great time in a fantastic place and the house with everything you need and in unbeatable condition, highly recommended and I will definitely be back, it's great. The owners are very friendly and the service was charming.
