Waterfront vacation rentals in Las Negras

Emplacement idéal, proche de la plage ,de criques, des sentiers de randonnées, et pas loin de la isleta del moro et de ces restaurants. Très central pour visiter la région. Antonio, Maria et leurs 8 chats sont très gentils et accueillants. Un petit bémol sur le samedi soir où la discothèque voisine du Chaman à fait une soirée techno danse pendant plus de 12h. On n'entendait pas la musique mais les basses étaient présentes. On a réussi à bien dormir quand même 😜. On recommande chaudement car c'est vraiment un super endroit .

Lien et Gino sont des hôtes proactifs aux petits soins, de l'arrivée à votre départ. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis et conseillé sur le stationnement en ville. Le logement est vraiment idéal, conforme en tout point à la description qui est faite. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La terrasse vue mer est un plus qui nous a permis de nous relaxer quelques jours pendant notre tour de l'Andalousie. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. 5⭐

El apartamento está a pie de la playa de San José. Hay restaurantes casi al pie del apartamento y una cafetería justo abajo donde hemos desayunado estupendamente. Está situado en el centro de la zona turística de San José y tiene una terraza maravillosa donde puedes salir por la mañana y te da un sol y unas vistas estupendas. A la playa de San José tardas 5 minutos escasos porque está justo al lado del alojamiento. El apartamento muy limpio, con todas la comodidades. La coordinación para llegar ha sido muy buena. Nos ha esperado María para darnos las llaves y el mando del garaje que ha sido lo más porque no hemos tenido problema de aparcamiento. Es un apartamento muy recomendable para quien esté buscando comodidad, tranquilidad, descanso, playa y un poco de buena comida, heladerías, tiendas, etc. 100% recomendable.

El alojamiento es una maravilla, tiene una ubicación tranquila en primerísima linea de playa y una terraza con vistas al mar espectacular. Solo tuvimos algunos problemas con la persona que le gestiona el alojamiento a la dueña, pero fuimos recompensados de otras formas que hicieron que el fin de semana fuese estupendo. Volveremos a repetir.

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. El apartamento es súper acogedor con todo lo que necesitas para cocinar y vivir unos días muy agusto. La isleta enamora, es un pueblecito precioso y relajante, con un turismo medido y responsable, de esos sitios que por desgracia casi no quedan. Valvanuz y Antonio muy amables y atentos en todo momento.

Dit prachtige huis met geweldig dakterras ligt niet alleen vlakbij het strand van San José, ook om de hoek zit een kleine maar complete supermarkt, je kunt ontbijten of wat drinken om de hoek. De auto kun je eenvoudig parkeren op straat in de buurt. San José heeft aardige restaurants en andere voorzieningen. En vanuit hier kun je heerlijk de prachtige omgeving verkennen. En nog over het huis zelf: het is ingericht met zorg en aandacht. Eén heel fijne plek om te zijn.

Amazing views of San Jose. It is in very quiet and peaceful area. It’s a short walk to restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to return.

excelente lugar , ideal para descansar , cabo de Gata tiene las mejores playas y vistas increíbles , Alex fue muy amable con nosotros siempre , respondió rápidamente a nuestros inquietudes y necesidades. Las vistas del atardecer desde el balcón terraza son increíbles . Volveremos allí en nuestro próximo viaje a España.

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. La comunicación con Arantza fácil y con instrucciones claras (incluso con vídeos) La limpieza estupenda, estaba todo perfecto. El apartamento es bastante cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La azotea, aunque sin amueblar es ideal para ver las estrellas en una noche clara, de hecho estuvimos hasta media noche disfrutándolas en el silencio de la noche, una maravilla. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 3 minutos de la playa y de la plaza del pueblo con variedad para comer y desayunar. A pesar de estar en el centro, hay un aparcamiento público gratuito a pocos metros del apartamento en el que siempre hemos encontrado hueco

La casa es igual que en las fotos, estaba limpia y muy bien equipada. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, está en una buena localización para visitar Cabo de Gata y distintas playas. Se puede aparcar cerca de la casa con facilidad. Juan José ha sido muy amable y muy atento en todo momento. Recomiendo mucho su alojamiento.

The apartment is spacious and well decorated, furnished and equipped. We felt very comfortable and welcome there. The views from the balcony and roof terrace were lovely. It is situated right next to the National Park which has fantastic beaches and striking landscapes. It is also close to shops and restaurants. Antonio was a great host - caring and helpful. A good place to stay in San Jose.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

This was a very cute and private place with nice little touches around the apartment. Also very close to the beach. The only down side is the empty lot across the street, but there are some cute stray cats living there, so they made up for it. One even peeked in our window. Overall, a great place! Be sure to check out Ramona’s Empanadas. There was a menu in the apartment, so we went to see and loved it! Best empanadas we’ve had!

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Calaluna did not disappoint! It was everything I had hoped for for a few nights solo break. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The roof terrace is such a cool space to hang out, as is the living area and lower terrace. All day long sun, views of the mountains & beach, sound of the sea by night what more could you want?! The kitchen was well equipped I didn’t have to leave. Cristina was so responsive and helpful, she is a true star. I highly recommend and will be back.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. lovely apartment. Had a little problem finding it but this was a google maps issue and not the hosts. Very clean and large smart TV not a tiny one you sometimes get at other places. Towels were of excellant quality. Overall a great place, accurately described, Thank you.

Es tal como se muestra en las fotos, la ubicación perfecta, a escasos metros de la playa, plaza de parking, cocina totalmente equipada, una terraza espectacular y quería destacar la amabilidad de Jesús en todo momento y su atención.
