House vacation rentals in Las Negras

Absolutely beautiful house and garden. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this house served us very well for lazing in the garden and dipping in the pool. We didn’t want to hire a car but were able to walk into Turre easily and we found a taxi service to bring us back after trips to the supermarket and also for going out in the evenings for dinner. We would then sit outside on the comfy sofa and play cards. Plenty of restaurants in Turre and lots more in Mojacar village which is very pretty with stunning views. Elaine who manages the property was lovely and on hand if we needed her. She sent us lots of information about the area and also sent a link for the airport shuttle service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property. Thank you Cheryl and Elaine

A tranquil stay in a very well maintained house with beautiful surroundings.

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Had a wonderful 5 nights as a couple at Ashley's place in early/mid-October. Rarely does such thought go into making visitors so welcome and providing not only the essentials for your stay but so much more. If there's a model for how to run an Air BnB for the satisfaction of your guests then this must be it. The location is great if you like the outdoors - with hiking and cycling starting at the door. We hiked every day, both locally and in the surrounding area. The hamlet in which the property lies is very authentically Rural Spain, but close enough to the necessary amenities (10 min drive). A car is definitely beneficial for exploring. The property is spotless, has everything you need, is well thought out and has terrific views. Despite considering the matter, we could think of no flaws. Go (if you can find any availability)! Thank you Ashley.

Perfect apartment for a vacation. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans in all rooms, a terrace and everything you may need to enjoy the place. It is located one street from downtown and with parking... that is, everything is nearby but in a quieter place.

A house very close to the beach. If you're looking for tranquility, this is where you have to come. we had a great weekend, the weather was great, the owners of the house were very attentive, we'll be back for sure . thank you.

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

House had everything we needed for our 6 week stay. Cooking facilities, comfortable bed and hot shower. Large roof terrace. Very interesting village with beautiful beaches nearby. Great area for cycling ( on and off road ) also for hiking First visit to this part of Spain and will definitely return. Eli was perfect host and was always available if we had any questions

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

A really fabulous house in las negras - WOW - what amazing scenery the Cabo de Gata has. We loved it. Ana tremendously friendly and helpful with advice re different beaches depending on the weather. Also sent us lots of restaurant and bar recommendations. The house is in a quiet little development but less than 5 minutes walk to the centre. Several bars / restaurants and shops - pretty much everything you need. We'd encourage you to have a car to explore the whole area - we even started to love the "greenhouses!" The house is very comfortable, exceptionally well equipped, the pool lovely and the garden even more beautiful than the photos. Many, many thanks

Excellent stay at Sylvie and Philippe's . The house is a haven of peace in a very beautiful and very quiet environment. Very welcoming hosts who take care of us , while being discreet. Very pleasant friendly exchanges and always ready to give us useful information for our stay . The swimming pool is great with sea views. I highly recommend this location . Julien

Magnificent accommodation to visit Cabo de Gata or even not to go out all day and enjoy the pool and barbecue (we stayed for a week and it took us two days). Very well designed the outdoor area ( pool, garden, porch, …). Excellent parking (huge and easily accessible). Comfortable house with very well equipped kitchen. If you have to look for any inconvenience it would be that I only had a bathroom, but it was not a problem with the spectacular showers in the pool. Fernando has been a real host. We have gone to many AirBnB homes over the better or worse years, but very rarely to real homes ( once in Brooklyn and once in Cantabria ). It is very different to stay in a tourist accommodation designed specifically for that purpose, in a family home where everything is lovingly arranged for your own enjoyment. It's from the places we'll try to come back to for the cat rope and the place to stay.

Rafaels place was perfect for our family holiday. There were eight of us and we used all of the five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is plenty of space. It was good to have a big kitchen and a stocked pantry. The beds were big and comfortable and everyone loved the pillows. The pictures on the site perhaps could be improved. It’s better than it looks. Rafael was friendly, helpful and responsive.

If you are looking for a place in the middle of cat Cape with natural surroundings and views. It's this. very comfortable exteriors to enjoy a good barbecue after an intense day of snorkeling! Elena and Lidia, great.

Not just a rental house, but a comfortable cozy home. You notice that everything is there to really live in: kitchen utensils, garden chairs, plenty of bedding, pillows, parasol, fly screens,… Various terraces and corners in the exotic garden. Via a staircase, you can reach the village and beach of Las Negras in 15 minutes. Also easily accessible by car, you are close to a road to the village.
