House vacation rentals in Las Negras

Absolutely beautiful house and garden. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this house served us very well for lazing in the garden and dipping in the pool. We didn’t want to hire a car but were able to walk into Turre easily and we found a taxi service to bring us back after trips to the supermarket and also for going out in the evenings for dinner. We would then sit outside on the comfy sofa and play cards. Plenty of restaurants in Turre and lots more in Mojacar village which is very pretty with stunning views. Elaine who manages the property was lovely and on hand if we needed her. She sent us lots of information about the area and also sent a link for the airport shuttle service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property. Thank you Cheryl and Elaine

Great apartment with pools, short walk to the beach and to some nice restaurants close by. Apartment was very comfortable for us and we would recommend it for families with children as they loved the pool! Thanks Dominka!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het huis en de unieke omgeving! Het huis is goed onderhouden en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. De tuin, inclusief het prachtige zwembad, is echt een pareltje, en het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad is adembenemend. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, al is een auto wel noodzakelijk om de omgeving te verkennen. De communicatie met David en Frances verliep uitstekend; ze waren altijd bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam.

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Had a wonderful 5 nights as a couple at Ashley's place in early/mid-October. Rarely does such thought go into making visitors so welcome and providing not only the essentials for your stay but so much more. If there's a model for how to run an Air BnB for the satisfaction of your guests then this must be it. The location is great if you like the outdoors - with hiking and cycling starting at the door. We hiked every day, both locally and in the surrounding area. The hamlet in which the property lies is very authentically Rural Spain, but close enough to the necessary amenities (10 min drive). A car is definitely beneficial for exploring. The property is spotless, has everything you need, is well thought out and has terrific views. Despite considering the matter, we could think of no flaws. Go (if you can find any availability)! Thank you Ashley.

Apartamento perfecto para una vacaciones. Camas cómodas, ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones, terracita y todo lo que puedas necesitar para disfrutar del lugar. Está situado a una calle del centro y con parking… es decir, todo al lado pero en un lugar más tranquilo.

casita muy cerca de la playa, si lo que buscas es tranquilidad aquí es donde tienes que venir, hemos pasado un fin de semana genial, el tiempo ha sido buenísimo, los dueños de la casa muy atentos, volveremos seguro . gracias.

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

Mi estadía en este Airbnb fue fantástica. El anfitrión fue muy atento y me dio recomendaciones excelentes. El lugar estaba impecable, con todas las comodidades que necesitaba: una cama cómoda y una cocina bien equipada. Disfruté especialmente de la terraza para relajarme por las tardes. Sin duda, uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que me he quedado. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

We loved the place and would've liked to stay longer! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped (even with unscratched pans) for cooking, and the best are the views from the terrace and balcony! The bathrooms look a bit old, but everything works and is very clean. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. We followed some of their recommendations for the beaches and loved all of them. The location of the place at the edge of San José means that the place is nice and quiet as well. Plus there is space for parking.

We had a lovely week at Casa Bonita. Overall, the house is great and it is in a great location. The terrace has a beautiful view! It is the perfect spot to explore Almería and relax. On the whole, we had a positive experience and Carmen was available for questions.

Qu est ce qu il y a de plus beau que le silence et le soleil ? Ma fille a répondu la lune et les "epoiles" ( étoiles)... C est tout à fait cela, un retour au source, à la simplicité, à la terre, ses fruits, ses fleurs. La maison est décoré en gardant l âme de la maison, il ne manque rien, toutes les petites attentions sont là. Cette maison est un havre de paix. Merci Karin nous reviendrons !

La casa es igual que en las fotos, estaba limpia y muy bien equipada. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, está en una buena localización para visitar Cabo de Gata y distintas playas. Se puede aparcar cerca de la casa con facilidad. Juan José ha sido muy amable y muy atento en todo momento. Recomiendo mucho su alojamiento.

A really fabulous house in las negras - WOW - what amazing scenery the Cabo de Gata has. We loved it. Ana tremendously friendly and helpful with advice re different beaches depending on the weather. Also sent us lots of restaurant and bar recommendations. The house is in a quiet little development but less than 5 minutes walk to the centre. Several bars / restaurants and shops - pretty much everything you need. We'd encourage you to have a car to explore the whole area - we even started to love the "greenhouses!" The house is very comfortable, exceptionally well equipped, the pool lovely and the garden even more beautiful than the photos. Many, many thanks

Excellent séjour chez Sylvie et Philippe . La maison est un havre de paix dans un très bel environnement très calme . Des hôtes très accueillants aux petits soins avec nous , tout en étant discret. Magnífico alojamiento para visitar Cabo de Gata o incluso para no salir en todo el día y disfrutar de la piscina y la barbacoa (estuvimos una semana y nos pasó dos días). Muy bien diseñado la zona exterior ( piscina, jardín, porche, …). Excelente el aparcamiento (enorme y de fácil acceso). Casa cómoda con cocina muy bien equipada. Si hay que buscar algún inconveniente sería que solo tenía un cuarto de baño, pero no nos supuso ningún problema con las espectaculares duchas de la piscina. Fernando ha sido un verdadero anfitrión. Hemos ido a muchos alojamientos de AirBnB a lo largo de los años mejores o peores, pero muy pocas veces a verdaderos hogares ( una vez en Brooklyn y otra en Cantabria ). Es muy diferente quedarse en un alojamiento turístico diseñado expresamente para ese fin, a la casa de una familia donde todo está dispuesto con cariño para su propio disfrute. Es de los sitios a los que intentaremos volver por el cabo de gata y por el alojamiento.

La casita está entre vecinas, muy amables y en un lugar tranquilo. Mare ha sido muy amable y flexible en todo momento. Gracias!

Rafaels place was perfect for our family holiday. There were eight of us and we used all of the five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is plenty of space. It was good to have a big kitchen and a stocked pantry. The beds were big and comfortable and everyone loved the pillows. The pictures on the site perhaps could be improved. It’s better than it looks. Rafael was friendly, helpful and responsive.

Le cadre est tout simplement idyllique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes. L’endroit est paisible, situé dans un quartier silencieux, propice au repos et à la déconnexion. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Maria, d’une grande gentillesse et d’une flexibilité remarquable, tant à l’arrivée qu’au départ. Une maison qui invite à ralentir et à profiter pleinement de la beauté naturelle de la région. Un grand merci pour cette belle parenthèse.

Si buscas un alojamiento en medio de cabo de gata con entorno natural y vistas. Es este. muy cómodos exteriores para disfrutar de una buena barbacoa tras una intensa jornada de snorkel! Elena y Lidia, geniales.

Niet zomaar een verhuurhuis, maar een comfortabel gezellig woonhuis. je merkt dat alles er is om echt in te leven: keukenspullen, tuinstoelen, voldoende beddengoed, kussens, parasol, vliegenramen,… Verschillende terrassen en hoekjes in de exotische tuin. Via een trap kom je in 15 minuten in het dorp en strand van Las Negras. Ook met de auto makkelijk bereikbaar, je zit vlakbij een weg naar het dorp.
