Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Beautiful house with amazing terrace to LasNegras

House with large terrace and spectacular views of the Bahia de Las Negras. The house is characterized by a large terrace of 150 square meters where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the view of Las Negras: on one side the dining area with barbecue and a large table with 8 seats and on the other side a relaxation area with sofas and hammock. Atra terrace of 40 square meters located on the opposite side. It has two parking spaces.

Perfect choice to leave worries behind. Welcome to the villa! 150 m2 on a 750 m2 plot in Paraje La Cañada de Don Rodrigo. A pleasant environment, surrounded by nature and 5 minutes from the beach. 70 km from the airport. The perfect location for a few days' rest in the Natural Park. CA VIRTUES, located in Los Cortijos de Las Negras, a very quiet place and at the same time very close to the same village, in the heart of Cabo de Gata Natural Park. Very bright and very well equipped house.. No problem to park Large garden, porch and patio to enjoy. Surrounded by soothing nature. Very well located to get to know all the wonderful corners that this area offers, which are not few.
