Very good apartment. Ideal to cover all kinds of needs if you want to be in the Zapillo with a desire for the beach throughout the day. I recommend it ;)

It was a very nice experience, Sandra was very attentive always and was super friendly, her husband was also very friendly and respectful, the arrival at the Airbnb was easy, without any complications. Upon entering the apartment everything was very clean and tidy, we were very comfortable with my family and we could enjoy as it was deserved, I would definitely stay here again, thank you very much Sandra for the attention provided.

The house was wonderful! It was great located and had a very nice view to the sea. The apartment was spotless and Candida was very helpful at all times. I would definitely repeat!!

A gorgeous little beach apartment with fantastic views! Everything was very clean and tidy and Miguel’s partner Ángela was very helpful in providing the keys and access. This was the perfect relaxing spot for a long weekend! The restaurants are all 5 min walk too, great location!

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

The apartment is as in the photos, comfortable, cared for, many nice details, nice decor, bright, comfortable bathroom and everything very clean. The area is very good, it is semi-ipeatonal, you can listen a little if there is buzz in the street but in our stay there was not too much noise. I recommend it!

We had a great time, the apartment was very well equipped and clean, the patio was a nice and super nice, the communication was great, totally recommended, we will repeat for sure.

Fini's accommodation is very comfortable, the living room is spacious and the little ones have space to play. The attention on your part has been fantastic and so was the communication. Overall I highly recommend if you want to have a great time with family and friends.

Five stars. Beautiful and huge home. We loved enjoying the view from the roof deck. Only one minor downside was that only four towels (one towel per guest) were provided so we needed to do laundry to have beach towels. Also be aware that trash can only be taken out at night so you will need to carry out any trash you generate on your last morning. Still great stay, would visit again and bring our own towels

Agustín, the host of the house, is a careful and tidy person and that is reflected in the accommodation offered to the traveler. A very clean place where there is no lack of detail. In addition, communication with him was excellent, he is always attentive and responds quickly. We would definitely repeat.

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. The air conditioning was vital for these hot days. The residential complex is very quiet, the pool is open until midnight and there is a Mercadona supermarket about 200 meters away. We'll be back on our next visit to Vera Playa.

Modern, aesthetic and cozy accommodation. The host's attention is 10. A/C in every room, the beds are not made upon arrival (you are provided with sheets and towels). Lack of privacy with the neighboring apartment (terrace).

Antonio is a host of 10, very attentive, pleasant and very helpful. The house is spacious, perfect for groups and large families.

Nice and big place to stay. Convenient that the host provides with linen and towels. Lovely communal pool. Good garage. There are a lot of great restaurants in Almeria.

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and the town center, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and relaxing by the sea. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It really feels like a home away from home. The host was also very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach getaway.

Great stay at Silvia's! We were warmly welcomed despite the late hour! Silvia was able to adapt to our unforeseen events and we thank her very much. A clean apartment, carefully decorated and very well equipped in a quiet and well-maintained residence. I would 100% recommend this place.

The apartment was a home from home. It was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was also excellent with many restaurants, bars and shops all within a few minutes walk. Aquacena was always very responsive and helpful. 100% recommended.
