Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Las Negras

The Apartment was very nice and in a great location. 5 min walking to the beach. In the Apartment we found everything we neded. Every room has air conditioner. Very good communication. Mari Angeles was very helpfull. We are very recomending this place to stay and Mari Angeles as a host.

Heel fijn appartement op een mooie lokatie in Almeria. We kwamen aan tijdens de nationale stroomuitval in Spanje maar konden elkaar gelukkig snel vinden. Het appartement zelf is prachtig en van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. Sterke aanbevolen!!! :)

This was the cleanest a most well equipped air bnb that I have ever stayed in. (And I’ve stayed in a lot) there was not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere, we were so comfortable. Clarissa provides everything you need to be able to go explore the beaches and relax at her place comfortably. In order to get to, and around the Valle del Este Resort, you will need a car. There is nothing walkable from the location except the hotel bar and restaurant. But hopefully that’s obvious given the location. Usually I try to boycott Airbnb and stay at hotels when I can but this one was impossible to pass up because it was cheaper then the hotel and offered so much more. I am so glad we stayed here. Clarissa and her husband were so nice and helpful. I would definitely book again.

Logement magnifique au cœur du centre historique d'Alméria. Tout se fait à pieds et en bus ! Le logement est bien organisé, literie confortable.

La urbanización es super tranquila, la terracita está genial y la playa a dos minutos. José Antonio (el anfitrión) disponible para cualquier cosa. Buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.

Maravillosa estancia en una casa preciosa, moderna y cuidada al más nimio detalle. Pilar atenta y encantadora. Destaca su ubicación frente al mar en el mismo paseo marítimo.

Wir wurden freundlich von Rocio empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Es gab für jeden ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und etwas nahrhaftes aus der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Am Besten ist der sehr große Balkon mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf das Meer, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Almeria ist nicht gerade die schönste Stadt, aber wer ruhig Urlaub machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Rocia hat sich mehrmals bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob alle sin Ordnung ist und ob wir eventuell noch etwas benötigen. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Positiv ist auch die nehe gelegene Tiefgarage zu erwähnen, die die doch sehr schwierige Parkplatzsuche vermeidet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben..

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het appartement ligt op een prima plek, parkeergarage op zo'n 10 minuten lopen, de instructies waren duidelijk en de communicatie met Expoholidays verliep goed. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en is van veel gemakken voorzien. Ook de bedden lagen top. We hadden het vermoeden dat er een kinderdagverblijf of schooltje naast het appartement zat, vanwege het vele geluid & muziek in de ochtend. Maar wij vonden dat niet zo vervelend.

We stayed at Casa Azul for a week. We used the garage as well. The house is lovely with high ceilings, a lovely living area and decent kitchen. There is also a roof terrace for sunbathing with a view of the fortress. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. There is plenty to do locally and many restaurants and bars locally. We played golf at Alboran (twice) and La Envia which was most enjoyable. Juan was very helpful throughout.

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Adosado igual que en las fotos.tranquilo y comodo. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de relax. No hemos hechado en falta nada. Anfitrion atento y muy comunicativo. Con mucha información de los sitios y lugares Lugares para ver. perfecto como punto de partida . Calas y playas a menos de 30 min en coche. El aire acondicionado genial y por las noches un poco de aire fresquito enla terraza. Todo muy bien . Lo hemos disfrutado.

La casa es un acierto. Muy bien ubicada y bonita. Perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones relax en cabo de gata y Antonio ha sido un anfitrión de 10.

Magnifique séjour à Las Negras dans une maison au charme unique, où authenticité et modernité se marient parfaitement. Le cadre est tout simplement idyllique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes. L’endroit est paisible, situé dans un quartier silencieux, propice au repos et à la déconnexion. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Maria, d’une grande gentillesse et d’une flexibilité remarquable, tant à l’arrivée qu’au départ. Une maison qui invite à ralentir et à profiter pleinement de la beauté naturelle de la région. Un grand merci pour cette belle parenthèse.

wunderschöne Villa in atemberaubender Berglandschaft. Viele schöne Schattenplätze inkl 2 schattiger schöner Terassen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Infrastruktur und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

De los mejores sitios para quedarse en Vera. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor y la urbanización super tranquila y sin apenas ruidos, además de estar prácticamente al lado de Vera Playa. Con Rosa y su marido la comunicación inmejorable, para cualquier cosa te responden muy rápidamente e incluso nos facilitaron un pdf con información de interés de la casa, sitios de la zona, números de taxi y demás. Repetiría sin duda.

Fuimos con otra pareja para pasar cuatro días y la estancia muy tranquila,el lugar acogedor y tranquilo,pudimos hacer rutas por todo el cabo de gata,el apartamento con unas vistas espectaculares a la playa,hechamos en falta unas cortinas para las habitaciones por salvaguardar un poco la intimidad pero por lo demás perfecto,repetiremos seguro.

Gaïa est très agréable et de bons conseils pour les mieux typique. Elle ne parle pas français mais à appelé sa cousine qui elle le parle de façon excellente, donc aucun quiproquo. Nous sommes arrivés en retard mais elle nous attendait, elle nous aussi expliqué où nous garer à proximité. Sont logement est top, et le prix est parfait. Je recommande en tout point

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

La casa estaba super bien decorada y muy acogedora, ademas que estaba muy equipada. El trato ha sido excelente. La ubicación de la casa estaba al lado de la playa y con el paseo maritimo, habia bastante ambiente. Muy recomendable
