Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Veleta

Absolutely awesome spot to stay! Super walkable to Calle 7 Sur for bars, restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive and had local tips to share. Heads up that the roads in/out are pretty rough - we were relieved we had a small SUV. Have fun!

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

Omar was a great host , any problems we had he fixed it right away . Spent my 30th birthday here and felt right at home . House is very beautiful and when we return we will book here again .

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

The house was nice and clean. But I feel like there was no one in the house before our stay. Because the house seemed like it hadn’t been aired out in about a week. The fridge must have been unplugged also. Because it took almost a day for it to get cold and keep our food cold. The pool also seemed like it was barely cleaned and maintained the day of our arrival. It was green until the pool chemicals worked a few days later and made it blue. The bedding and beds are somewhat outdated. And the towels and linens could be replaced also.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! Visiting Mexico was already amazing, but staying in Tulum made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

First, this is not on the beach and not on the city center strip. That is what makes it perfect. It is tranquil and easy. The rooms are beautiful and the complex is awesome. I have seen some reviews complain about construction but best of luck finding something like this where there isn’t construction going on in Mexico - Tulum is thriving and this is where you want to be. Third, Braulio - my goodness you will never find a more helpful, positive, or friendly manager. He can and will do anything. Want an atv in 5 minutes? Done. Run out of gas in the street miles away from a gas station? He’ll get help before you break a sweat. He also knows the best cenotes and thats critical because some are super lame and others are exquisite. Honestly this could be a hole in the wall and I’d stay here again cus of him. Pro tip - no one uses the rooftop pool and it is the warmest and has the best sunsets. Book here.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I've rented out, extremely clean, peaceful and private, all amenities working properly. Lots to do around the area if you’re looking a for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Since before I landed I was provided clear instructions on how to get there. I am definitely coming back to this specific place when returning to Tulum. I can't miss a special shoutout to Axel for being one the most responsive and caring hosts I've ever come across. Very well done. This place has met more than my expectations.

Staying at this Airbnb was the right decision. The place is incredibly beautiful, as i have never seen such a uniquely built compound. The hosts are the best when it comes to communication, since they always replied less than half an hour from any message i sent them. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Just take into account that the road to the compound is very bad and bumpy and that there are a lot of bugs outdoors since you are in the jungle.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The space was beyond beautiful—an organic, tranquil oasis tucked right in the heart of Tulum. Every detail made it feel peaceful and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out was the host. She was incredibly sweet and supportive, especially when we ran into some unexpected trouble (our car was impounded while in downtown Tulum—nothing to do with the Airbnb). She went out of her way to help us navigate the situation and made a stressful moment feel a lot more manageable. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calming, beautiful retreat with a truly caring host.

Kevan's place was great!! We stayed for a week and it was perfect for what we needed and wanted. Bath tub was a hit and the kitchen was great. Internet was solid and gym was great and workspace is there if needed which we aimed to use but didn't...too much to see and do!! Position to local restaurants is a easy walk. Highly recommend if your looking for a nice place to relax and chill.

Loved our stay. The jacuzzi was the perfect temperature and clean. Loved having this feature. Our unit was private and clean. The whole complex is superbly clean. Luis does an amazing job. Assaf was always responsive and prompt. There were plenty of shops and restaurants. We had dinner at Onyx and across the street they have a sister bar upstairs. That night they had live salsa music. We took the colectivo everywhere. Very inexpensive Va the high taxi prices. It took us the beach to cenotes and to Playa del Carmen from $40-60 pesos per person. Loved staying here. Highly recommend and plan to come back. Thank you Assaf and Luis.

The place is beautifully decorated and very clean, exactly like the photos. The popcorn machine and projector are very nice touches and perfect if you want a chilled evening in. The apartment is located in the trendy, safe, Aldea Zama. The host Carol was beyond amazing throughout our entire stay. She made sure to check in on us daily which made us feel really safe and welcome as it was our first time in Mexico. She recommended great places to eat, drink and hire bikes. She also arranged transfers for us at cheaper rates. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the stay here! It was peaceful, private, safe & walking distance to La Veleta street which had great restaurants & coffee shops! I also appreciated that they had their own designated parking spot, perfect for keeping my car rental safe! This is the perfect place for 2, I am happy with our stay here!

I’ve stayed in several spots in Tulum. This by far is the best set up. Really nice private rooftop, high end washer dryer quiet and clean place with full kitchen. Bed is also comfortable.

Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions, offer fantastic local recommendations, and made sure every detail of our trip was smooth and stress free. It truly felt like staying with a friend who wanted us to experience the best of Tulum.

Great spot. They are well connected and hooked us up with local recs, driving service, and answer all questions immediately. Beautiful space. One local mentioned it was the one of the first builds and they don’t make them like this anymore. It was great.
