Vacation rentals with a home theater in La Veleta

Day y Onyl’s apartment was absolutely breathtaking!!! It was perfect for our group of 3. The apartment was equipped with washer/dryer, 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 balconies and a beautiful living/dining room area. The wood furniture was a nice touch and felt incredibly authentic and unique. The communication was great and we were able to reach them quickly if we ever needed anything. The infinity rooftop pool and hot tubs were absolutely breathtaking. We spent much of our time at the apartment up here. It was serene and absolutely stunning. The only thing to consider is that it is about a 20 minute drive to the beach. There are bikes you can rent though as well. We look forward to coming back again!!!!

Josè's place was easy to find, the directions and instructions were clear. The area is very walkable with a lot of very good restaurants, shops, a 7-11 (with alcohol), Oxxo's, hair/nail or massage within a 10 min walk. The beach is a 45 minute walk at least. I would recommend to rent a scooter, or take a taxi (can get expensive). The beds are very comfortable, the pools are great and the area is super safe. The Chedraui will deliver, ask about that. You can get 18L water jugs at the Oxxo downstairs, there is a pump for it in the unit but no charger for the pump (my Kobo charger fit). There is free laundry area on the main floor. Josè was quick to answer any questions and was very responsive and helpful. The bathrooms, linens and dishes were very clean. All in all I would recommend this place 5/5. Thank you Josè.

We had an amazing stay at Katias place, she's was so amazing with her communication and she helped me organize a birthday cake and decorations for my girlfriends birthday. She was extremely helpful!!! the place was absolutely gorgeous! we will be back!

Clean studio apartment in a great location (in town) with enjoyable amenities

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a month. You definitely need transportation as it’s a distance from most everything. But it’s in a very tranquil, beautiful and peaceful area. Would highly recommend staying here

I LOVED staying at Elizaveta's apartment. It is a comfy, quiet and lovely space. I really enjoyed having my own little back yard and plunge pool too. The building is very pet friendly which is a huge plus It's a wonderful building and the staff is very helpful. There is 24 hour security and I always felt safe. I could easily walk to little shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes. I cannot wait to go back and stay there again!!!! I miss it already!!

Gabriela and Marius were extremely responsive, and this was just such an amazing way to spend a Tulum trip. They had recommendations for us for places to go, hooked us up with a scooter that we could rent by the day (which i would highly recommend to avoid taxis), and helped facilitate cleaning the apartment and pool because I stayed for 11 days. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to hang out every night and watch the stars. The amenities were great, I used the pool, gym and sauna almost every day. This was definitely an amazing place to stay in tulum off the beaten path but easily accessible to all the Tulum things you would want

This a beautiful home. Matches everything shown with the photos. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The home is around a developing neighborhood. During the weekdays, it will be loud construction noise starting in the early mornings. The roads surrounding the home are unpaved and muddy but that’s apart of being in Tulum, Mexico. Definitely recommend to others to book. Inside the gates is amazing, outside the gates factors are out of your control.

If they want a place away from the pleasant noise without so much noise and super functional there they will find it next time they plan a trip I would look for the same place great price

We stayed at the villa for a bachelorette trip, and had a great time. The pool area was lovely, we had a private chef come, and massages as well in the Airbnb. The villa was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6 with spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The host was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

Everything is as described . Getting to the location is a bit confusing as the area is still under major construction and theres a lack of signs to get you there but Ivonne lets you know this in the description so not that big of a deal. Also, only type of linens provided is bedding and a few face towels and a bath mat, remember to bring your own ! Food, shops, and beaches are all close by and convenient. Would highly recommend and would stay here again

Great place great host , however it is located in region 15 for those that don’t know it’s quite an underdeveloped area in Tulum and hard to get to and move around in. But if you like being secluded in the jungle the place is great!

Ricardo Manuel is very friendly and reactive. The house has everything we need and is in the center. We strongly advice it !

Sofia's place was just perfect. Excellent cleanliness. A quiet and private place. The accommodation had everything to please a small family. Games, books, giant screen, popcorn, etc. It's a home that's very comforting because we had perfect communication with Sofia. She took care of booking a car for us at a very competitive price. She gave us several recommendations for places and restaurants. It was really appreciated. Finally, we were able to enjoy the rooftop with a pool and a BBQ. It was a very pleasant moment, because the sunset was simply magnificent. A nice family dinner and a sunset make for a perfect evening.

Pamela was always attentive and gave very good references regarding the arrival at the condominium, recreational activities to do in the area, how to get around and the use of all the amenities inside the condominium. Would book again in a heartbeat! The building is well maintained, clean, and staff are friendly. The rooftop pool gets plenty of sun, the gym is well equipped, and common spaces are thoughtfully designed. Jorgeva was responsive and addressed any issues we had quickly.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us
