Vacation rentals with beach access in La Veleta

The place's location is very good. You're in La Veleta, which is a great area full of very cool restaurants and bars. You're all set to walk. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, they keep it in very good condition. I will definitely be back

Basically, everything worked out very well. The location of the building is mediocre. It is surrounded by districts that confront you with the reality of the Mexican standard of living and with many dogs living on the street. But in the end, I was glad to have seen it...

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nick and Gem's Air bnb! The apartment itself is beautiful and comes with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It definitely gives off "home away from home" vibes. The garden area is gorgeous- having bamboo trees as a divider between the patio and pool is a great touch and adds a level of privacy from the other villas. Nick and Gem are fantastic hosts and great communicators. We really appreciated the handover they left us and took their advice to eat at an amazing restaurant called El Bodegón which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It's so good we ate there twice ☺️ Overall, we can't wait to come back!

This place was breath taking, lots to do and if you are worried about transportation, don’t be you can literally walk to ATV, mopeds and bike rentals right across the street for about $40 a day depending on what you choose, we went to our excursions on our rentals. I recommend going to the beach club area for food. Gas stations are close as well as grocery stores, the actual property was amazing!!!!!!

An excellent apartment. Very hygienic and excellent facilities, everything is functional and modern, we would gladly stay there again. Erika, the host, is very kind, helpful and attentive to all the details.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

Casa Cangrejo is a beautiful villa in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of many restaurants and a 20 minute drive from the beach. We appreciated the garden and pool, and the plentiful, cold water from the fridge. There’s lot of space to spread out and the villa was clean. We experienced some power and WiFi outages, and the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as we were told. The curtains in the bedrooms need to be improved and added to, so that it doesn’t let in so much light in the morning. Overall, would recommend this villa.

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

Staying here while in Tulum you will not regret it. The pictures were exactly like the listing stated. Air conditioning was very cold and the penthouse felt very private while here. The Airbnb provided cold water to drink and even had a washer and dryer to clean your clothes so you won’t have to worry about laundry coming back home. The host was kind and responsive and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I must stress that you should get a car rental while in Tulum because the roads leading to the Airbnb and most roads are rocky and unpaved. Mostly all excursions and good restaurants are 15-20 mins away driving which is good. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb 10/10 experience and forgot to mention the bed sheets were so soft like butter 😅

Ligaya's place is wonderful. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated (no need to take anything off the walls for our stay!), and the condo offers all you need: kitchen, a nice dining room, desks in the bedrooms, and lots of outdoor spaces. We spent evenings on the roof enjoying the sunset. The complex has two great pools. WiFi is excellent throughout. The location is good -- you can walk to a nice coffee place, and lots of restaurants in town are walkable or bikeable. However, we rented a car, which was probably crucial as it allowed us to access the beach and the town, as well as do day trips to Cobá (must do!) and Valladolid (not touristy). We had a great week and highly recommend Ligaya's place!

Karla and her husband were amazing. I had a wonderful stay at this place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This was like staying in our own private resort. The beach area was the most versatile and enjoyable of any home we e stayed in. Tons of different seating configurations, and additional snorkeling and kayaking gear. . And of course, laying in the hammocks on the extended dock was heavenly. The inside of the home worked very well for us. Nice seating in the living room and kitchen with amazing views of the water. Beds were comfortable, toilets and showers did their jobs. Plus roof top pool was a great treat. Finally the staff Marcos and his wife, were very kind and helpful if we needed something. And Marcel was excellent with communication. Aside from the very bumpy road leasing to the home (around 5 minutes of grief, but not unusual in areas like this) this was a perfect, relaxing base for seeing the Tulum area. (Note, it is much better to have your own car as the home is around 20/30 minutes drive to downtown Tulum.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip! Sevatulum's group of hosts were super helpful and proactive. Every room was absolutely stunning and well equipped (they even had clean robes in every room!)! We were there with 13 women and it felt safe and spacious. The air conditioning in every room was a necessity in the heat and very much a luxury. I can't say enough about the pool in the center of the home, it really made the house feel like our own private oasis. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect vacation!

I stayed at Fer’s apartment for over a month, and it was truly an amazing experience. I was traveling solo as a woman and visiting Tulum for the first time and this place instantly made me feel safe and at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood around 15 min drive from to the beach. The building has 24/7 security, and the people at the reception were always kind and welcoming. I felt extremely safe the entire time something that helped me fall in love with Tulum much faster than I expected. There are tons of great restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away, so it’s a perfect spot if you enjoy exploring by foot. Fer was absolutely amazing super responsive, helpful, and full of great recommendations for things to do and places to visit. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-located space in Tulum. I’ll definitely be back.

This apartment stands out for its quality of materials and furniture, you enter a place that you know will accommodate you perfectly. It's equipped with everything you'll need. The private outdoor space with the pool and the plants protecting you from the views is spectacular. The condominium where it is located is very nice. We had a great time! The accommodation is beautiful, clean, quiet, with splendid pools and a rooftop offering superb sunsets. The bedding was very comfortable. The staff is lovely and there is always someone at the front desk, which is very reassuring. Hosts were also very available. Some details to know: a little humidity and some ants (common in Mexico), few towels, a dryer that does not dry very well (a clothesline would have been practical), a shower with a fixed showerhead on the ceiling and a low water flow. It is essential to have a vehicle: the accommodation is within walking distance but the roads are a little dangerous this way and it is quite far from the center and the beach. By car or scooter, everything is very close. A superb and relaxing place! Thanks again!

I stayed a little longer than one month. If you’re looking for a quiet place that is nature connected, this is the definitely the right decision! I loved the fact of waking up every morning in the middle of the trees, hearing the birds and seeing them play outside from the bed. Lisa is very helpful for any open questions and I loved her recommendations on airbnb. Humberto the house manger is always on site to help, very kind and helpful. The only information that I would liked to have known before, the Internet and Tulum is often very poor. If you’re here longer to work, there is a place called digital jungle they have there own generator, there internet works even if it doesn’t in the Neighborhood. Thank you Lisa I hope I will have soon the chance to come back!

Had a lovely time here! The apartment was very spacious and clean, beautiful private balcony, great wifi, peaceful with no construction around - all you hear is the sound of the birds which is a blessing in Tulum. Communication with Alessandro and his team was great, they responded quickly and were very helpful. The complex, gym and pool are amazing and the staff kind and friendly. Location is great, 5 minute walk to calle 7 and close to all the restaurants, cafés and markets in La Veleta. Highly recommend!

This apartment is probably the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless and even better than the photos. The host was great, very responsive and shared lots of recommendations nearby. 100% would recommend. I suggest for future guests that like us you hire a car / transport or be prepared to pay for taxis. The apartment is not walkable to the beach area. It could be just about walkable to the main downtown but is on quite a main road. Having a car will give you the flexibility to visit the cenotes and surrounding area!

Carlita is an amazing host. She was always available to help and give us recommendations. The apartment is very nice, it had everything we needed. The apartment complex is fantastic, with pool, bar, gym and spa, including security at all times and with a great location. I would totally recommend this place.

The condo is in the La Valetta neighbourhood, which is a developing neighbourhood with condos and more being built. there were some great restaurants within walking distance but it is not close to the beach. We rented a car and that served us well. The space is nicely furnished over two floors, with a private bedroom and two baths on the top floor, with a balcony and plunge pool. I enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool and we used the fitness centre on the same floor as our apartment. Remember this is Mexico, we had one event where electricity blipped off and then some appliances didn't start up. Lisa with Origin was very responsive to issues we had. She helped got maintenance in to attend to the problem with the appliances. Lisa also acts as a virtual concierge and helped book a car ferry to Cozumel and gave us tips for beach clubs/
