Before entering the reserve is the hotel zone, where there are restaurants, bars and beach clubs; We are perfectly located between nature and the hotel zone, as we are just entering the reserve

This is one you don’t want to miss if you’re looking for ocean front in Tulum. And if you don’t take advantage of Eric and Paula who live in a casita next to house you’re crazy. Eric is an exceptional chef and cooked for us everyday. And you can’t go to a restaurant for anything near having him prepare fine dining. David was informative from the beginning and everything there was perfect. We will definitely be back again. Thanks again to David, Eric and Paula for making this a memorable vacation.

Amazing property with plenty of room to spread out with 4 couples. The location is a beautiful bay on the beach where you can paddle board and kayak. Alberto and Lucy the caretakers are the best and can make delicious meals, help with massage appts at the villa and provide other recommendations.

We had an excellent stay at Tulsayab and would definitely recommend. We traveled with a 4 and 2 year old and they enjoyed the stay even more than we did! Loved the beach front location, pool, natural wildlife, amenities and the attentive service by Enrique and his team. The only downside was the dirt road filled with endless pothole’s leading into the Airbnb. Regardless, we read the prior reviews and expected this so I’d still give this a perfect review.

ANTAL is a wonderful place to stay! It is super quiet and has absolutely beautiful design inside the apartment and in the building common areas. The pool and common areas were fantastic with comfortable lounge furniture, gentle activities (cornhole and giant jenga), and lots of shade. There is a 10 minute drive down a dirt road, but that does keep things quiet. The only negative was that there was a lot of sargasso on the beach while were were there, but that was true of absolutely everywhere along the coast.

We loved everything about our stay at the bungalow on the beach at Bahia Soliman. The house was beautiful in a unique, casual, and authentic regional Mayan palapa style, fitting the location perfectly. That contributed to an overall ambience of tropical tranquility. The beach is lovely, and right out your door. The water is a vibrant turquoise and warm, views stunning. Our family of 6, including 2 toddlers, all came away feeling like we had the most relaxing vacation in a long time. Much of that relaxed feeling was due to our fabulous onsite staff. Our chef, Fabian, prepared us delicious food; everything from classic Mexican fare to regional Mayan specialties, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He accommodated our dietary restrictions and toddler requests with ease. He even packed us a fabulous lunch to go for flights home at the end of our stay. Carlos and Ismael kept the house clean and tidy at all times. They helped with concierge service and every request with pleasure

Mantaray Hotel was an absolutely lovely boutique hotel on a bay. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was better than expected from the pictures. Despite the sargassum invasion (seaweed) and rough weather we still enjoyed the beach due to the comfortable loungers

Great home. Caretakers Armando and Daisy were awesome-great cooks. Have them cook you a meal! Lassie the dog was great to have around and kids fed the resident iguana that lives under patio. Ask hosts if beaches next to you can be accessed-they were not during our stay. You can’t swim at house-must walk 5-10 minutes. Cenote on same road was great, but Yakul Lagoon was best. Good dinner at Umbal down the road. Load up or order groceries b/c it’s 10+ minutes of rocky driving from main road to house. Tulum Ruins was good … pay for express tour and go early … long lines. Very relaxing home and stay. Very responsive host.
