Family-friendly vacation rentals in Tulum

Denisse and house manager Frankie was amazing! She allowed my guest to check in when we had missed our flights. She was very responsive and proactive when we were needing help, she sent Frankie right away. Even helped with transportation and exchanging currency. I recommend the chef services that Denisse recommends for the house food 10/10. Everything dealing with the house was perfect. It’s close to certain local things but Is some distance from popular attractions in Tulum. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. An excellent place for family vacations. In a very exclusive area with modern constructions and with all the amenities at hand. You can walk to the pharmacy or the store. The apartment is just like the photos, very clean and tidy, air conditioning working properly. Highly recommended!!!!!!

The place is very clean and very quiet. When you are in your private rooftop, it’s amazing and very private that you can sun bathe with clothing optional. No electricity issues but Cobá Ave have rolling black outs. There are near places to eat. We had no problems with the other units as most of the guests are very respectful. We recommend this AirB&B.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were quick to help with any questions or concerns. The place is walkable to shops though a bike would be ideal, or rental car. We ended up renting a car (American Car Rental worked out well), the walk got a bit much with kids. The pool in the complex wasn't very inviting, always had leaves in it, our kids didn't even want to swim there. I'd suggest bringing beach towels. It is off the main road far enough to not hear traffic, and most cabs knew the place to drop us off at. Mon Tulum. (Cabs are so expensive!) Miroslava is very nice and was a great host. If you're down to stay just outside the main town, and just back from the beach, in a quiet place, this is for you.

Perfect location between Valeta and downtown. The place is big and beautiful with a nice pool, would definitely come again!

safe place very nice to each have a bathroom in the bedrooms the kitchen is well-equipped *** confirm that the oven is working. We spent 1 month without an oven ** the wifi worked fine the terrace outside (dining table) is not in the sun, because a lot of trees at the pool level, there is not much sun, a lot of water.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a very nice development. Lots of space with modern appliances. The host is also very considerate. I would stay again.

Roxie was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. She made everything easy for us and helped us with anything we wanted to do. Incredibly accommodating. The house looks just like the pictures and the outdoor space is great place to hang out. Located in a good area with a few places within walking distance. I couldn’t recommend this house more.

This location is very convenient, close to the nightlife and restaurants but not loud. The outdoor/open air living room with hammock, and two balconie, is very cool. Great all around experience for the price.

The spot is located in a really great location. Very close to a bunch of restaurants and shops, but not so close that it is loud or felt unsafe. The apartment is on the first floor with a large, sliding door. Despite being ground level, it feels very private. The king sized bed is very comfortable, and the A/C works great. There is a large kitchen and dining table if you want to cook, but we ate out most of the time we were there. It is a few minutes walk to a handful of AMAZING taco places. The rooftop pool is AMAZING. Overall, I am so happy to have stayed at Eduardo's place rather than a hotel. Great location and value.

Fantastic location within walking distance of a well-equipped gym, restaurants, and shops. The unit is next to a nightclub that played music late into the night. The music was great, but it's still something worth mentioning. Overall, it was a good experience.

Awesome place, decent location, great stay. Really close to some nice restaurants and the downtown area of Tulum. The building manager on sight was helpful, but not the most welcoming upon arrival during our initial greeting. Pool was a great size for hanging out, however, it could have been heated closer to the night as it did get chilly. All in all, lovely stay if for groups if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a comfortable living space in Tulum!

We loved the place and felt like home. You can kindly use bikes from the airbnb. The ride to the beach is around 15 minutes by bike and you can easily walk to tulums restaunts and bars. Also there is a huge supermarket just around the corner. Big thank you to Katherina. 🙏

The spectacular terrace with its private pool, the view it has is very nice, it has only one bed, however it has a very long armchair where up to two people can sleep, very clean, I would stay here again if I go back to Tulum

Fantastic condo in the newest development in Tulum with all you could need. Colin’s place was spotless with great appliances, everything you need for cooking, a huge refrigerator, 6 place dining table, and all the amenities you could ask for. Comfortable king-size bed, nice shower with plenty of hot water, nice patio for relaxing at night, pool twenty steps from the front door, ceiling fans in every room, nice air conditioning if you need it, and a very comfortable, stylish living room. The condo is in a nice central location and there are bicycles for your use to go downtown or to the beach. Check in and out was a breeze and I was made to feel very welcome from the first minute I arrived. There is plenty of parking if you have a car and communication and responses to questions was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my week in Colin’s condo and would definitely go back.

Our family left a piece of our hearts in Tulum. We couldn’t have been happier staying here. Soco was extremely helpful and took great care of us during our stay. This place has everything you need with Night markets and street markets just 3 minute walk down the road.

Stayed with another adult and a 9 year old. We felt right at home. The place was cute and cozy, and we loved taking a dip in the pool on hot afternoons. The location is just far enough away from town to avoid the noise, but close enough to quickly get to everything. Communication with the host was fantastic, very proactive and responsive. Be sure to check out the food truck area just down the street!

Very well hosted, friendly and accommodating. Spacious and cool looking place, decent beds. The only issue was the showers had next to no water pressure so came out at basically a drizzle. Apart from that really enjoyed the stay here

This was undoubtedly my most pleasant, carefree and comfortable stay in an Airbnb to date... our host Roxi was incredibly helpful and gave us detailed instructions before our arrival at the airport on how to arrive at our place, and was available all the while to help us with directions as we made our way to the house. The house itself was immaculately clean and very cozy; specifically I loved the comfortable bed, the very cozy feel of the kitchen and living room, the beautiful tapestry art, the easy access to the pool, and the friendly neighbors. Also, the A/C was amazing to have! Our host helped us with everything from renting bikes, finding the best beaches, cenotes and restaurants/bars to go out to enjoy ourselves, even helped us get our covid tests done before our flight! What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend this place and this host to anyone looking to enjoy a carefree stay in a beautiful and comfortable house in the center of Tulum.

We stayed here right after arriving in Mexico from Belgium and I couldn't think of a better place to relax, swim off the jetlag and enjoy the start of our holiday. The property is beautifully designed, plenty of space and is beautifully maintained. The swimming pool water was the cleanest and purest we experienced during our whole Mexico trip! Good shower, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of drinking water available. We'll be back :)
