The house is very well located in a nice area called la Veleta where you will find restaurants, bakeries/coffee shop and small grocery shop at walkable distance. The place is very quiet and private with 2 nice terraces where you will enjoy a beautiful evening for an outdoor dinning with a barbecue. Safe and secure house with private parking for 2 cars.
