La estancia fue muy agradable, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y tuvo toda la disposición, el lugar muy agradable lo recomiendo y sin dudar regresaría nuevamente.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, aber wenn man zum Strand will, ist ein Auto schon zu empfehlen. In Fuss Nähe gibt es in der Stadt viele super Restaurants. Die Unterkunft an und für sich ist echt top, uns hat nur ein Schirm auf der Terasse gefehlt - etwa bis um 13 Uhr brennt die Sonme extrem und in der Nacht ist es ziemlich hell von draussen, aber das sind Details, die Unterkunft würden wir trotzsem jederzeit wieder wählen, weil sie sonst echt perfekt ist und alles hat, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind ausserdem extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren auf alle Anliegen schnell. danke!

This house was truly a home away from home! A big thank you to Alexis, Cindy, and Alefo for making sure my stay was pleasant, especially after a challenging first night getting there due to a storm in the Yucatán Peninsula. The house is spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need, including wi-fi to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It’s perfect for a family of four and has plenty of parking space. Once you're familiar with the area, it's easy to find if you're driving. One thing to note: the neighborhood is still developing, so the roads aren’t in the best condition. I recommend using a suitable vehicle and downloading offline Google Maps, as internet reception in the area can be spotty. It’ll definitely help you navigate more easily. I’m already planning to return to Tulum next year and would absolutely consider staying here again!

Omar was a great host , any problems we had he fixed it right away . Spent my 30th birthday here and felt right at home . House is very beautiful and when we return we will book here again .

Nuestra estancia en Tulum fue simplemente increíble gracias a esta hermosa casa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto: la limpieza impecable, la decoración con mucho estilo y, lo mejor de todo, la alberca privada, ideal para relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad o la playa. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y cenotes. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Recomendaría este lugar sin pensarlo dos veces a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de Tulum con total comodidad. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

The MOST comfortable and relaxing Airbnb you could ever wish for. The hosts were a dream to work with. There’s the cutest coffee shop up the street called Green vibes with the best smoothies and other goodies to choose from. This place is a MUST! Reliable transportation options through them, private chef Karen and the mixologist the nomad sip… all wonderful people recommended to us by our wonderful host Denisse. The pool was always a great place to find ourselves every morning and evening. There’s nothing to complain about. 10/10 recommend!!

Absolutely stunning property. We were so impressed by how clean it was. There’s a private spool with a hammock outside as well as a rooftop pool and one in the jungle area. There’s 24/7 securrity with a gate which gave us some peace. The boho chic property was everything we could’ve asked for. I would 100% go back!

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

Le villa est fidèle aux photos. Très bien équipées, beaucoup de produits de base disponibles, ce qui est un gros plus. La cuisine et l’espace ouvert très fonctionnel. Nous aurions peut-être aimé avoir un micro-ondes mais on a fait sans, sans problème. La terrasse sur le toit avec un abri du soleil et pluie, fut très appréciée, c’est une superficie habitable supplémentaire toute équipée également. Les matelas et la literie très confortables. Jimmy a été réactif aux problèmes rencontrés qui ce sont réglés dans les meilleurs délais. C’est un complexe très sécuritaire et bien tenu dans l’ensemble. La villa est assez bien localisée mais attention, il faut redoubler de prudence entre piétons, vélos, motos etc. Les rues sont cahoteuses et quand même achalandées, je ne recommande pas la conduite de nuit, du moins pas pour arriver. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à cet endroit, beaucoup de choses à découvrir aux alentours mais ça prend idéalement une voiture pour l’apprécier pleinement.

Casa Malix exceeded all our expectations—it couldn’t have been nicer or more comfortable! My friends and I absolutely loved this holiday. The house was the perfect location for our large group, which combined work-from-home days with meditation, yoga, and retreat activities. The space was ideal: plenty of room for yoga, a peaceful neighborhood for meditation, and an incredibly fast and reliable internet connection. With Wi-Fi points in every room, it was absolutely amazing for staying connected and productive while working remotely. John was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even helped us figure out how to order dinner our first night when we arrived late—such a thoughtful touch! I can’t wait to return to Casa Malix and spend even more time in this incredible space. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and productivity. Highly recommend for groups looking for a serene, well-equipped getaway!

Realmente es una casa muy agradable, limpia, sin ruido, supermercado muy cerquita, distancias cortas a donde uno quiere ir, valió lo que se pagó, muy buen centro de lavado ( opinión de mi esposa e hija), jajaja!

Mauricio was very good at communicating had a good place for us to stay recommended very nice beach spots, beach, clubs and restaurants for us to visit which was very nice on a daily manner overall it was a great day and worth the money for your next trip to Tulum Mexico

Great place to stay in Tulum! Three large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Close to main restaurants of Tulum centro. Felt safe. I would recommend!

And we met the neighborhood cat! Everything was amazing. Daniel comes each day to pick up the house and do the dishes. Laundry is available for additional small cost and worth it! We stayed in the Pijiji villa for 4 nights. Our stay was spectacular! Pijiji is set back from the beach, which we knew from the listing's description. But don't let that deter you, it's ~30sec from the villa to the beach. And you have dedicated loungers on the beach, so you never have to worry about getting a spot. The privacy of Pijiji was what set it apart from the other villas on the property. It's nestled on the property surrounded by trees and other lush plants. The front faces toward the beach and enjoys cool breezes and the shade of the surrounding canopy. While the front balcony doesn't have direct views of the ocean (not a problem for us), you can sit and enjoy the warm weather and fresh air while listening to the sounds of the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a day down on the beach. Having a private outdoor spot protected from the elements was a welcome plus to our trip. Hui & Stefan are amazing hosts. Their staff is unobtrusive & helpful. — We'll be back!

Durante il nostro viaggio abbiamo fatto una sosta a Tulum e in particolare a Villa Jengibre, sembra la villa di una star di Hollywood, ambienti ampi, puliti e ben organizzati, ci siamo potuti rilassare nelle 2 jacuzzi rooftop e nel giardino privato con piscina!! La zona é tranquilla e sicura, al riparo dal traffico. La casa è molto grande e dotata di tutti i confort, la consiglio assolutamente. La comunicazione con Leandro é sempre stata veloce e all'insegna della disponibilità e gentilezza.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Als das Licht im Pool kaputt war haben sie sofort reagiert und repariert.

Pictures on this listing do not do this property justice at all! We arrived early and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Also helped carry our bags to the villa with no hesitation. We were delighted to find such a modern and clean space right near where we wanted to be. It was the perfect central location for people who want to enjoy downtown tulum as well as the beach strip. As far as transportation, the security guard was such a big help and called us a taxi at any time we needed and made sure we were okay and safe when returning to Villa late at night. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. We will definitely be booking again very soon. Thank you again to such amazing hosts!

Great place! Located in a nice and quiet area on the outsikirts of the central district, a 5-minute walk away from where all the action is and a 3 minute walk from a grocery store. We cooked dinner at the place every night - plenty of dishes, pots and pans and enjoyed a shot of espresso in the morning (there is a pod machine). We were also able to store our bikes in the locked courtyard which was nice. The plunge pool was really nice to cool off in - did not think I would use it but it did feel good. If you are looking for a nice and spacious quiet place that is safe (neighborhood felt safe and the house was secure and included a small safe) than this is a great place but if you want to be closer to the action than I would go to the hotel zone or downtown area. It was ideal for my wife and I.

Stayed at Roberto’s Airbnb for my birthday trip and had a great experience. My group felt safe in the area and in the house. Roberto and Lyssa were very responsive to all of my questions throughout our stay. They also gave me a contact for a driver to use during our stay, which provided a sense of security and comfort knowing they have used him before. There were two times that the power went out, but was the case for the entire street. I believe that this is a normal occurrence, because the security guard was not surprised. It was only off for an hour both times. The Airbnb is walking distance from the grocery store and a couple restaurants, which was great considering how expensive taxis get. The house is also in a pretty central location, taking around 15-20 minutes to get to other popular spots (cenotes, ruins, hotel zone, etc.). It was a very quiet neighborhood - not many people walking around or in the restaurants. Will have to taxi to the hotel zone for a lively crowd.
