Apartment vacation rentals in Tulum

Very nice place, very well set, super quiet and full of plants that make you feel in the middle of the jungle!

Great location, easy to walk around. Stayed 6 nights and felt right at home. Amazing Private pool and shaded lounge area, had an incredible view of the sunset! May have been nice to know that the pool was missing a pane of glass, we had intending to use floaty in the pool but didn’t feel safe doing so, but with that being said it was amazing to have and great to spend time in. Communal pool was shared by 6 or 7 units, never busy and well maintained. Host was great, super responsive and VERY accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. AC in every room, in suite laundry was a huge bonus! Walking distance to PePe food truck, had incredible tacos for a great price. If you wanted something more upscale El Agavero had great food! OG for breakfast was awesome. Found that most of the best meals we had were closer to the Airbnb and not on the main (highway 307). Super cool area in general, C.7 Sur had great shops, food and bars. Always felt Safe walking around even at night.

Nancy's place was beautiful for a week in Tulum. Nancy was very helpful in all questions we had. Walking around was very safe, there is amazing food all within walking distance. We rented a car to get to the beaches and to explore outside the average tourist zones and it was amazing! We will definitely stay again ❤️ perfect for our family of 5, and the teenagers loved it.

Chill vibe… great place!!

We had a great stay at Paramar Terra. The unit worked really well for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 9 and under). The building pool was fantastic and most of the time we were the only ones using it. We also found the building to be secure and in a relatively easy area to drive. Accessing other services (grocery etc) nearby was easy. I would recommend having a car to get around and parking was a breeze. Thanks for a good stay.

Great place with a responsive host

2nd time staying at this apartment! Really peaceful,quiet and private. Now that the road( Calle 29)to apartment is paved makes the location even more convenient. I like that the apartment is close to the beach and downtown Tulum. 100% recommended this place.

We had a nice relaxing stay. Some of the highlights were the rooftop area, it is in a quiet area with 24/7 security, beach club access (great because most beaches are private), the hosts were responsive & friendly when we had any issues, the nice decor, and the set up of 3 floors gave us lots of space. This is in a newer developed part of Tulum that is very quiet and has some nearby stores and restaurants.

This is our second time staying at this same building, because we liked the location and access to swimming pool. It is clean and the host is responsive to our requests. The area is very quite within gated community. There is an elevator to use if you don’t feel climbing the stairs. It is 8 minutes drive to the main street and about or less than 15 minutes to the supermarket. There is housekeeping that came multiple times a week and changed towels .. etc. There is plenty of parking which is great. Overall it is a very good unit.

A wonderful place! We so enjoyed the spacious apartment, excellent spacious showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden and pool. The caretaker Alejandro was so kind and helpful. He even loaned us containers to pack our lunch out when we went to Tulum! This is a perfect for families who wish to stay a while and cook their own food. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time here! The beach was spectacular! The casita and garden/ pool were so calming! The kitchen was super handy and there were delicious restaurants close by!

The condo was stunning and exactly as described. The view is absolutely beautiful and enjoyed watching the sun set. The balcony is gorgeous and very comfortable, the entire condo has been furnished with comfort and beauty in mind. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer but I plan to return to this same condo in the very near future. One of my favorite destinations! I loved this apartment! The design is lovely and fitted out well. The swimming pool is literally 3m from the terrace which also has its own private jacuzzi. The roof top pool is also great. The location in La Veleta is perfect and there are some great coffee shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The host was great and replied to me pretty much immediately. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Ana’s for 2 days and to say the least, it was one of my most memorable Airbnb accommodations. Ana was easily accessible, her instructions were clear and concise, and the place was beautifully curated with all the amenities. But the icing on the cake and why Ana probably stood out among the other hosts was how she reassured me when I was in a distressing situation. I left a very important personal item at her place. The same night I notified her, she went to the condo, found it, sent me pictures, and mailed this back in few days. I was sincerely grateful for having her as our host. With the highest recommendations, I encouraged everyone traveling to Tulum to stay at Ana’s condo. Gracias again Ana!!!

The place's location is very good. You're in La Veleta, which is a great area full of very cool restaurants and bars. You're all set to walk. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, they keep it in very good condition. I will definitely be back

My friends and I had a fantastic stay here! Safe and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful courtyard, pool and scenery. We were walking distance to lots of great restaurants/shops, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. I also highly recommend booking a massage through them, they were absolutely wonderful! 10/10 experience.

Staying at Alejandro's apartment was awesome! We loved the private terrace and plunge pool. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick 12-minute bike ride to the beach, with tons of great restaurants, a convenience store, and local gourmet spots nearby. Alejandro and his team were super helpful, making everything easy. The apartment was really chill, perfect for our getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals. The bed was super comfy, with nice sheets for cozy nights. Plus, the shower had great pressure! The rooftop amenities—like the pool, yoga area, and spa for massages—made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Excellent location near the hotel zone and restaurants, close to convenience stores and supermarkets clean and easy to find, precise instructions

Enjoyed our family stay. The hosts were very responsive, the property as in the photos (clean and stylish). It’s a three bedroom ground floor apartment in a condo complex that has a common pool and cafe, as well as a cenote in the gardens. The apartment also has a small private pool on its front patio, as well as a back patio with a tub. A shower is connected to the back patio but there is also a full indoor bathroom and half bathroom. The property is halfway between Tulum center and Tulum Beach, and is in a quiet area - it has a front desk and parking and felt very secure, and quiet. Would recommend for groups or families vacationing in the area.

Unit is ok, old stuff inside, kitchen ustensil were rusted a little bit, BUT the spot is soo awesome that everything else is non-relevant. I do not think you can get something that near the water with such a long private beach for that price anywere in the world. So yes I would recommend.

This place is perfect! It's squeaky clean, quiet, comfortable and Maria is an excellent, super communicative host. The free breakfast and free bikes are a really nice touch.
