A large spacious house. Had all the essentials. Among the disadvantages, the pool is tiny and there was no desire to swim in it. A road is being built near the house, which will facilitate access to the house in the future

Nothing short of Amazing! We absolutely loved this Airbnb. We each had our own room which was a huge plus. Clean, exactly like the pictures. The host is extremely helpful, communication was A1. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This might be the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It is even better than the pictures would have you think. Hosts were fantastic and helped schedule taxis and other activities for us for fair prices. The neighborhood is very safe, walkable day or night, and has great food.

Alfonso was an excellent host, he and his staff quickly responded and made great recommendations throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. We would highly recommend it to others!

I have stayed in at least a dozen of airbnbs in Tulum, and this one is my favorite. Quiet, good Internet, relatively close to everything, working AC, etc Will be coming back here many times

Genevieve’s place was amazing! The pictures did not do it justice. Genevieve and her co-hosts were super responsive and were very helpful. We were given great local recommendations and truly had a great experience! We felt very safe and there was security guard at night who was super nice. Maintenance issues were fixed super quickly and the pools were cleaned regularly. No major issues at all! One thing to note — the roads surrounding the complex are a bit bumpy so be careful while driving. I truly recommend Genevieve’s place to anyone visiting Tulum!

Perfect location for foodies and families! We were within a short drive to everything adventure-related, and could walk to some of the best local spots (+ return many times). The team & Brendon were incredible, and it felt like we were in a hotel with the amount of attention and housekeeping throughout the week. Catalina was a fantastic concierge and helped arrange a private chef, massages in-house, and balloon decorations for the birthday. Laura is a superwoman who keeps the place & pools spotless AND crushes it in the kitchen. You can tell Brendon put a lot of love, humor, & his experience in the hotel industry to work in this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this Airbnb! The accommodation was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen – it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was communicative, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. We especially appreciated the local tips and recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this place is a gem. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family!

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

We enjoyed staying at Melissa's house. we had a baby with us as it was a family trip. The location is great - walkable to oxxo and many restaurants. The pool was wonderful to come home to on hot days. Melissa and Eduardo were responsive hosts who made sure we received anything we needed when we asked and answered our questions. We parked our car in front of the house but outside the complex and it was convenient. My main issue was that the whole neighborhood is a bit of an Internet dead zone so it's hard to get data service. This made check in a bit difficult as we couldn't message Melissa and Eduardo until we accessed the home Wi-Fi. Since we arrived at night as well it was a bit of a challenge to find the house but it all worked out in the end. It was great to have this as a base for day trips to chichen itza, Tulum ruins, sia'an Ka'an, and Coba archaeological site.

Casa Cangrejo is a beautiful villa in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of many restaurants and a 20 minute drive from the beach. We appreciated the garden and pool, and the plentiful, cold water from the fridge. There’s lot of space to spread out and the villa was clean. We experienced some power and WiFi outages, and the pool wasn’t cleaned as often as we were told. The curtains in the bedrooms need to be improved and added to, so that it doesn’t let in so much light in the morning. Overall, would recommend this villa.

Great stay! Celine and her team were very fast to respond and is so attentive and accommodating. We needed some band aids/gauze and her team brought over band aids in the middle of the night when we needed. During our stay, the upstairs pool did not work and Celine was great at communicating that to our group. Overall, great stay! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place!

This home was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, well furnished, luxury stay nestled in the jungle. We felt extremely safe with the gated area and the best convenience was having plenty of cafes one minute walking distance away! The main trendy strip is a ten minute drive. Excellent communication throughout, truly an amazing and comfortable stay!

What a great place for our family. We wanted somewhere away from the main hotel zone and was close to restaurants. We hired a car and everything was a breeze, able to get where we wanted with no hassles. And at the end of the day we had a fantastic house to come home to, with its pool and amenities. Cédric and Laurette were very responsive (not that we had many queries) and overall the house made for a chill and relaxing holiday.

This place was great, bigger than the pictures . We where 9 girls for a Bach trip. We Felt very safe . GREAT location . It's about a 15-20 min walk from the main road with restaurants and shops . Mini grocery store less than a 1 min away. The pool was beautiful. Also Isaac and the crew that helped us with transportion/ activities/ reservations was such a huge help, they booked some stuff for us and we did our own booking for other things depending on prices. they where amazing and responsive, gave us quotes and recommendations. Even got us reservations at restaurants that where fully booked. Would stay here again for sure.

Valeria and her team were increíble! Daniel. Especially! My friends and I stayed at the house and had the absolute best time. Super private, private pool, wonderful space. And we met the neighborhood cat! Everything was amazing. Daniel comes each day to pick up the house and do the dishes. Laundry is available for additional small cost and worth it! Thank you thank you!!! We will be back.

Just wrapped up an awesome weekend here for a buddy’s 38th birthday and had to drop a quick review before heading to the airport. This place is seriously incredible. Tons of space, every room has its own bathroom (huge plus), and the vibe is super chill but still luxurious. We had a big group and it never felt crowded. The rooftop pool and the palapa rooms were highlights, and the garden bathtub was cool too. The design of the whole place is beautiful—boho meets boutique hotel. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail. The concierge was on it the whole time—helped us book a private chef (so worth it), massages, and even got us into a couple beach clubs. Daily cleaning kept everything looking fresh, and the place has all the little things that matter—good AC, Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, Nespresso, the works. Perfect mix of fun and relaxation. If you’re celebrating something or just want a great group getaway, this place totally delivers!

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

The 5 star reviews don’t lie! Crystals place was perfect for a bachelorette of 8 people. From the fruit and Prosecco’s checking in, incredible and thoughtful amenities, her reco list, and helping facilitate a chef and transport around Tulum — she’s a pro! The space is airy, beautiful, and relaxing. Our whole group had an incredible time and I could not stress how you will not be disappointed at Casa Balam Meow! Crystal was also wonderful in communication when we worked with a local in-home massage service to come by.

This house is lovely! We had a girls trip here and it was such a great spot for a group. The house layout is great, the pool set up is perfect and it looks exactly like the photos. Truly the best part was all the help from Rebecca. I’ve never had such incredible support and communication from a host before - from helping us book a private chef, poolside cocktail service and shuttles around town, to suggesting a beach clubs and restaurants for dinner. She was amazing!

If you’re looking to feel right at home during your time in Tulum, this place has it all. We loved being steps away from so many food and shopping options, but still tucked away from busy streets. Lina and the fellow hosts were super responsive and helpful during our entire stay. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. When we come back to Tulum, we don’t want to stay anywhere else!

this place is great. perfect for large families or friend groups. private location but still very close to centro, la velata and beachs. <15mins. some great places to eat are pepes tacos and anywhere on the main street of la velata. also we really enjoyed ziggys beach club & Ahau beach club. the hosts were very responsive and super friendly. would stay here again for sure.
