This apartment was a perfect homebase while exploring Tulum and nearby towns. The location now great, with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The space was very clean and had a lovely view from the rooftop. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and deck, as well as the view from the living room window. It felt peaceful and private while still being in a central location. Hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! Highly recommend!!

Ana’s place is absolutely amazing—a magical “jungalow”, as I call it, nestled in the jungle but easy walking to Holistika, the Gypsy Market for organic groceries, and lots of other amenities. The reflective exterior allows total privacy and lots of natural light through floor to ceiling windows that can be opened for fresh air and birdsong. The king bed is super comfortable, the little kitchen perfectly adequate for preparing simple meals, and the shower is spacious and nice. Gorgeous colorful Mexican tile covers the floor and lush local wood creates a beautiful ceiling. Outside, the pool is clean and inviting, a perfect private place to relax, work, and cool off. I used the common area several times for Zoom meeting and work; the connection was good and I had ample space. Finally, Ana was amazing- responsive, friendly, proactive, helpful. I loved this place and will be back!

I had such a great time at the villa! Both pools were awesome, one for chilling in the sun and the rooftop one with amazing views. The grill was perfect for cooking in the evenings. The whole place was super comfy, peaceful, and had everything I needed. I seriously didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our time in the villa it is so beautiful!! Two nights really was not enough time for us to enjoy!! It had everything that we needed and more. Bryan was super quick to respond to all of our needs and the security on site was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. We really had an amazing time, would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The host- Lili was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and responsive! Answered all of my questions from the moment I made the reservation. She also helped me with car rental and my bus ticket back to the airport. Lili went over and beyond. I could not ask for a better host. The condo- The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s so beautiful. The electric curtains and the nice comfortable bed was a nice surprise. The location- Prime location. There are a few walkable spots but I suggest renting a car or scooter. You are close to downtown and close to the hotel zone. Overall- I will be returning and definitely using Lili and her condo !! Thank you

With this beautiful apartment, you certainly won't go wrong. Everything was perfect. This beautiful studio is spacious, and the high ceiling gives it even more space. In the kitchen, there is everything one would need for cooking- cutlery, pans, glasses, plates. If you feel like cooking for a few days or the whole stay, it's perfect. There are two TV's with Netflix and other channels. The design is very modern, and everything looks so much better in real life. The pool is amazing, and we found that most of the time when we were there, we were the only people. Some of the best smoothies can also be ordered there. The view through the bedroom's window made us feel like we were living amongst trees. The area is very safe and quiet. The host is super friendly and kind; he helped us with beach club access and always responded to us. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Next time we're in Tulum, we won't bother looking for any other place but this. Thank You!
