Great place. Loved the private pool and the larger pool for the community. We were very comfortable. La Veleta is a bit less developed than the rest of Tulum, so just be sure that's what you're looking for (the quiet was nice but it is a bit further away from some of the things you might like to do).

This place was the best! The host was responsive, the location is perfect, and the workers on the property were extremely helpful. Scooters and ATVs for rent, laundry on the property, and super close to great restaurants!

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. The beds are awesome! Everything is very clean and very close to the tourist area.

We ( my wife and daughter) were there from the 12th to the 16th of May 2025. It's a beautiful place with a small pool, 2 bed rooms, 2 bath, and 3 air cons. It's better to come in your car to this place as it would get better to visit all the places around. Shawn was always there to reply to the messages and I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tulum.

We had a really wonderful stay at this condo in Tulum. The space was clean, modern, and matched the photos perfectly. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning—and a perfectly curated record selection which was such a nice addition. One of the best parts of the experience was how responsive the host was. Any time I had a question or needed help, they replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really added peace of mind during my stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The pool was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I’d be happy to stay again!

I absolutely loved my stay! The room description and pictures are accurate. The King size bed was very comfy with crisp clean white bedding (lots of pillows). I ended up cooking a lot more than I expected because my room had everything i needed. There is a beautiful outside cook area that you can buy brickettes at the grocery store or use the plug-in griddle that is available in the suite. I had the option to stay in my private fenced in yard to sunbath, relax and cool off in my own pool or venture to the common courtyard to visit with other travelers. During my stay trees were dropping leaves but Corolina had someone come and clean my pool regularly. I rented a car and had no problem finding close parking and grounds are monitored 24 hours by security. There were a lot of people that rented scooters, ATV's or peddle bikes. There is a 7-eleven, pharmacy and places to eat within a 5–10-minute walk. Pet friendly beach clubs with parking included. Ask Carolina.

This is a lovely property, you and your family/friends won't be disappointed! The property is spacious and has everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Also, the building has an amazing pool which our kids used in the evenings but what we loved the most was their coffee shop. We didn't have to go far to find excellent coffee and pastries. You're also able to order full meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), we only had breakfast once but the food was delicious. Diana responded immediately to any our concerns, we'll be staying here again.

I loved the place , I wish I could stay more. The rooftop accommodation allows to have a nice view, with a balcony and pool. My favorite was the pool, it was 2 different depth leves , one for sun bathing, and a bit deeper for refreshing yourself. The room is comfortable, little fridge , and good size of bathroom. But the balcony and the pool is incredible .

🤍Excellent service from Eliseo, a great place with a jacuzzi pool. I loved it. I've never seen anything like it. The elevator is very good and the pool on the top floor is amazing, you can see part of the jungle. Very clean and everything is very functional. The bathroom is huge. I'll definitely be back. I also loved that there's a Seven Eleven on the corner. Thanks also to the other host Maria. My stay was beautiful 🌴

This apartment was a perfect homebase while exploring Tulum and nearby towns. The location now great, with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The space was very clean and had a lovely view from the rooftop. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and deck, as well as the view from the living room window. It felt peaceful and private while still being in a central location. Hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay here! The place is lovely, quiet and safe. The local area had some great food options within walking distance, and it was perfectly located between downtown Tulum and the beaches. Fernando was a great host - he’s super friendly and extremely helpful with transportation and recommendations. Would highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

If you are reading this review considering booking this location - DO IT. I was solo traveling for nearly 2 weeks and this was such a safe and peaceful home. A friend joined me the last 4 days and we explored cenotes, spent time at beach clubs, and even explored a bit of the area. Highly recommend a car or scooter since it is a bit more off the beaten path. Only a quick trip down a couple dirt roads to a main thoroughfare, but far enough that there is no street noise. Spectacular. But it is a quick trip to many cenotes, and the beach is not far at all. The outdoor space was the site of so many meals and cocktails, and everyone that works for the property is incredibly kind. I want to buy a villa here permanently. And Anna is the most gracious and welcoming host anyone could ask for. Just WOW across the board. I cried when I had to leave.

We loved our stay at this airbnb, if we were to go back to tulum we would definitely book again or recommend it to our friends and family. The private cenote was beautiful.

Amazing getaway in Tulum. The property is TO DIE FOR. The pool, cafe, cenote, jungle tower and grounds themselves are all stunning. The cenote is peaceful and beautiful. The pool has ample space to relax and splash (the cave is a fun addition). The jungle tower was perfect for morning yoga. The cafe had delicious options and we loved the ambiance for our morning coffee. The grounds are GORGEOUS and full of beautiful plants. The room itself had everything we needed. The balcony pool was perfect for resting in after a long day. Everyone on staff was so kind and accommodating. The front desk gave us plenty of local recommendations and there was always a taxi out front to take us into town. Things to note: there are minimal toiletries, so definitely bring your own. The address is on a very busy road so it’s not comfortably walkable. Taxis or bikes are the way to go. The bed is very firm, but the pillows and linens are very soft. Overall, an incredible stay. Well worth the visit.

Loved our stay. The jacuzzi was the perfect temperature and clean. Loved having this feature. Our unit was private and clean. The whole complex is superbly clean. Luis does an amazing job. Assaf was always responsive and prompt. There were plenty of shops and restaurants. We had dinner at Onyx and across the street they have a sister bar upstairs. That night they had live salsa music. We took the colectivo everywhere. Very inexpensive Va the high taxi prices. It took us the beach to cenotes and to Playa del Carmen from $40-60 pesos per person. Loved staying here. Highly recommend and plan to come back. Thank you Assaf and Luis.

We had a great stay here. Lots of space especially with two floors. Comfortable bed, sheets and pillows, and furniture. Lots of light and a great space on the second floor to hang out and have fun. The views from every window are really nice, and the private pool on the rooftop lounge is quite unique and special. Washing machine definitely a needed bonus for us. Fully functional kitchen, although we didn’t really need to cook with all the great food options around. The restaurant on site was simple and delicious and the staff were wonderful. The property itself is gorgeous, with greenery everywhere, peaceful walking paths, nice pools, a cenote and a basic gym with AC. Would recommend renting a scooter or be comfortable walking on a bumpy dirt road to get to the main street and cross it to reach la valeta which is totally walkable. Or take a taxi to aldea zama nearby which is walkable and cute. Beach was about a 10 minute drive and city center a 5 minute drive.

It's a great place to be quiet and away from the noise, but I recommend that you consider having a car to visit it, paying for transportation may be expensive Great stay!!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nick and Gem's Air bnb! The apartment itself is beautiful and comes with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It definitely gives off "home away from home" vibes. The garden area is gorgeous- having bamboo trees as a divider between the patio and pool is a great touch and adds a level of privacy from the other villas. Nick and Gem are fantastic hosts and great communicators. We really appreciated the handover they left us and took their advice to eat at an amazing restaurant called El Bodegón which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It's so good we ate there twice ☺️ Overall, we can't wait to come back!
