Chef Pedro created dishes that easily exceeded what we found in other restaurants. If you're considering staying at 16Tulum - don't hesitate, book now! You will be sure to have an incredibly memorable trip and experience in Tulum. We stayed here for a bachelorette party of 14 people. From the moment we booked our stay, Laura and the Travel Experimental team were extremely responsive and helped me out with every little detail - decorations, chef prepared meals, restaurant and beach club recommendations and bookings, yatch reservations and transportation. Upon our arrival, we were blown away - 16Tulum is an oasis all to yourselves. The accommodations are exactly as pictured and pristine. The staff at the house - security/maintenance, housekeeper concierge and chef - were all so inviting, friendly and attentive. Anything we needed, we just had to ask. We felt very comfortable and safe during our entire stay. We didn't want to leave. We will be back!

We had a great time at villa Sofia. We spent most of our time outside, the pool is amazing, the views are breathtaking and all outdoor spaces are well appointed. The home is very private although settled between neighboring villas. We hired a chef for one day and it was great not to have to worry about anything. The house is just like in photos. The beach is not very swimmable between some rocks and lots of seaweed (which was just because of the time of the year and applicable to all beaches on the coast.) but the outdoor space with the pool is so much more comfortable. With the ocean view right there, we did not miss being on the beach at all. I would definitely go again.

Phenomenal. There are no words to do this place justice. It is exactly like the pictures, but so much better. A perfect location not too far from town if one desires to explore the local ruins or Tulum itself & several cenotes conveniently nearby. Impeccable & professional yet warm & friendly staff. Bartender Elmer kept the kids beyond thrilled w/his friendly nature & tasty N/A blended "margaritas, pina coladas etc" that they enjoyed by the pool & on the rooftop deck. (He made great adult versions of drinks for us too!) Chef Christian and his team made impeccable meals w/many extra special touches such as homemade donuts! (Jesus is quite the baker!) We brought back fish from a sport fishing adventure & my son who normally never eats fish polished off a huge serving of grouper prepared with adobo sauce. Pedro was an excellent and safe driver & Lidia kept the house spotless. Can't imagine a better locale for a multigenerational trip. Can't imagine we'll ever find anywhere better.

It is impossible to put into words the experience and overall hospitality that was provided at Casa Xuul. Victor was the on-site host and quite possibly the sweetest and most helpful person during our trip. He was communicating with us as soon as our plane landed and was waiting for us in the driveway to greet us when we arrived at the house. He unloaded all of our bags and gave us a tour of the beautiful home and all of its features. There was guacamole, chips and a fresh pitcher of drinks waiting for us in the kitchen. The house is stunning. We had a group of 18 people and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own space. The house was laid out in such a way that you never felt like there was a large amount of people staying there. Every detail was thoroughly thought out. It is one of the few places I have ever been where I can confidently say the photos on the listing don't do it justice. The house was equipped with everything and anything you would need for your stay. If there was anything they did not have, they were willing to get it for you. Victor also assisted in booking transportation, excursions, and in-house services. We had a chef come to the house to cook one of our dinners and it was absolutely incredible. It was our favorite meal of the trip. Victor made it such a simple process to get taxis and reservations set up. There was a cleaning service every other day. They made sure beds were made, towels were cleaned, and any dishes were taken care of. We ran into one minor issue where our first shuttle transport arrived late. The hosts for Casa Xuul were very helpful in communicating with the shuttle company in real time and making sure that we were compensated for the inconvenience. They also went above and beyond themselves and offered us massages in the house. Overall, the stay was incredible. The home itself would have made the trip unforgettable, but the hospitality from Victor and the remote staff was an added bonus that made everything about our trip easier and gave us the peace of mind that we were using reputable and safe companies for all of our transportation and excursions. Five stars. 100/10. Absolutely unforgettable.

We loved Casa Yardena! The property is beautiful and the staff friendly and welcoming. Our group had a blast right on the beach and enjoyed the kayaks and SUP available to get out to snorkel the reef just off the shore. The bedrooms were set up so that each in our group had their own private room/bathroom and yet great shared space too. It was also easy to get to town and local attractions. I can't recommend Casa Yardea more.

The home, chef services, and groundskeepers are top notch! I have visited multiple all inclusive resorts and this trip was my own private version of that! Lisa was not only responsive but proactive. Any questions or needs we had were met, then offered guidance and recommendations for the surrounding experiences! Lisa was GREAT. In the morning I woke to the beautiful beach sounds and amazing sunshine while the staff was already hard at work cooking, cleaning, and doing everything they could to provide a piece of paradise each and every day! The home is far enough away to relax but close enough to experience the culture! I would go back 1000 times! Thank you so much for not only your hospitality but for the experience.

We had a great stay at this beautiful villa in Tulum! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, there was a lovely welcome basket waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The concierge service was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, always available to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained. Daily cleaning service, fresh towels, and pool maintenance. If you’re looking for a remote, peaceful jungle vibe, this is the spot! One of the highlights was how amazing the host and concierge team were when we accidentally left a phone behind. They went above and beyond to help us get it back, and we’re so grateful for their quick support. A couple of things to keep in mind: the location is a bit remote and not super convenient but that was more on us for not researching thoroughly. Also, just a heads-up that there's only one towel provided per per person so plan accordingly if that’s important to you. Overall 9/10 :)

Amazing trip to Cenote Del Mar! The villa is beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. It was luxurious and perfectly accommodated our large group. More than the villa, the staff made our trip something we have never experienced before. Lucas and Sergio took care of everything. It was relaxing to know someone else had everything handled. From transportation, to activity recommendations and food/drinks, they elevated the entire experience all while having fun and becoming part of our group, while still being professional and taking their responsibilities very seriously. The chefs made amazing meals and were always smiling and positive even after working very long days, and the housekeeping/grounds staff kept the property looking as beautiful as when we first arrived. Our friends have all been saying since we left how much we miss waking up there each day! It was truly paradise and the best place to celebrate a milestone birthday. Thank you, for the trip of a lifetime.
