This sweet adobe home from the 1950s is nestled in a garden of fruit trees and succulents. A private patio has a ramada (covered patio) and is perfect for outdoor dining, BBQ and stargazing. The home was lovingly renovated and maintained by my parents for 25 years. Beautiful tiled floors, furniture and outdoor touches reflect their love of Mexico. Marathon is an eclectic, rural town in the heart of the Marathon Basin and a great place to explore the region, be it Big Bend, Ft. Davis or Marfa.

This house is beautiful and is one of 4 casas on the ranch! It's got so many awesome details and is right by the swimming pool and tennis court. The master bedroom is upstairs, 4-post king bed, and downstairs is another king bed. We have the best WiFi in the whole town now. . This little house has one of the most interesting histories of any in Dell City. The Home was fully restored to honor the family that lived here and farmed in the Dell Valley. The style is old Mexican Pueblo. Kitchen, living room with television and lots of dvds, a roomy bedroom and a large bath/vanity/closet area. This is a stand alone home with a private entrance. Free parking is 2 blocks away from the house. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. There is a faucet mounted drinking water filter. The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.
